【摘要】：本文從考察我國農村勞動力的數(shù)量以及文化技能素質入手,認為必須大力發(fā)展農村職業(yè)技術教育,促進農村剩余勞動力的轉移,為此政府要從戰(zhàn)略和全局的高度,充分認識農村職業(yè)技術教育的重要性,要在政策、資金、人力、物力等方面采取多種措施,大力扶持農村職業(yè)技術教育,要建立起一套行之有效的農村職業(yè)技術教育的管理機制。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the quantity of rural labor force and the quality of cultural skills, the author thinks that it is necessary to develop rural vocational and technical education to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force. Fully understand the importance of vocational and technical education in rural areas, take various measures in policies, funds, human and material resources, and vigorously support vocational and technical education in rural areas, To establish a set of effective rural vocational and technical education management mechanism.
