【摘要】：研究開放遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)生支持服務(wù)的理念與實(shí)踐,有助于探索開放遠(yuǎn)程教育質(zhì)量保證的有效途徑�；陂_放遠(yuǎn)程教育學(xué)習(xí)者的特征,研究院校和教師的角色轉(zhuǎn)變,確定支持服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵是作者的初衷。由于開放遠(yuǎn)程教育支持服務(wù)常常被人誤解為是一種硬件的提供和后勤的保證,因此本文擬根據(jù)國際開放遠(yuǎn)程教育的理論探索和英國開放大學(xué)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行一點(diǎn)反思,旨在尋求一些我們可能借鑒的方面。
[Abstract]:To study the concept and practice of student support service in open distance education is helpful to explore the effective way to guarantee the quality of open distance education. Based on the characteristics of open distance education learners, it is the author's original intention to study the role change of colleges and teachers and to determine the connotation of support services. As the open distance education support service is often misunderstood as a guarantee of hardware supply and logistics, this paper intends to reflect on the theoretical exploration of international open distance education and the practical experience of the British Open University. The aim is to seek some aspects that we may learn from.
