【摘要】：本文結(jié)合山東省社會(huì)主義學(xué)院的現(xiàn)狀,從五個(gè)方面討論了如何在堅(jiān)持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的前提下做好社院的各項(xiàng)工作:一是結(jié)合山東省事業(yè)單位改革新形勢,探索社院雙軌制人事管理的新路子;二是從深化《社會(huì)主義學(xué)院工作暫行條例》貫徹落實(shí)出發(fā),探索山東社院的發(fā)展和建設(shè);三是從社院培訓(xùn)工作的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),探索如何提高辦班檔次和水平;四是以山東中華文化學(xué)院為平臺(tái),加強(qiáng)齊魯文化的研究和交流;五是從理論和實(shí)踐的結(jié)合上,不斷總結(jié)和探索社會(huì)主義學(xué)院工作的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation of Shandong Provincial Socialist College, this paper discusses how to do well the work of the Institute on the premise of adhering to the scientific development view from five aspects: first, combining with the new situation of the reform of Shandong Province's institutions, It is necessary to explore a new way of personnel management in the dual track system of the Academy of Social Sciences; second, to explore the development and construction of the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences from the perspective of deepening the implementation of the interim regulations on the work of the Socialist Institute; and third, to proceed from the current situation of training work in the Academy of Social Sciences. Explore how to improve the level and level of running classes; fourth, take Shandong Chinese Culture Institute as the platform to strengthen the Qilu culture research and exchange; fifthly, from the combination of theory and practice, constantly summarize and explore the characteristics and laws of the work of the socialist college.
