【摘要】：正 現(xiàn)在,美國的一些著名的工業(yè)公司,特別是技術(shù) 方面的大公司,非常注意本公司工程技術(shù)人員的繼續(xù)工程教育,并在公司內(nèi)設(shè)有相應(yīng)的繼續(xù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)。公司內(nèi)部的繼續(xù)工程教育大體上可分為兩大檔,第一檔適用于大學(xué)畢業(yè),剛走進(jìn)企業(yè)的新技術(shù)人員,他們要經(jīng)過2—10周的入廠教育,然后指定工作崗位。工作頭兩年要繼續(xù)接受各種業(yè)務(wù)性的培
