【摘要】：基于成人高等教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,為了更好地適應我國社會對應用型人才的需求,積極探索成人高等教育培養(yǎng)目標、課程體系、教學手段和方法、管理模式的改革是十分必要的。本文針對成人高等教育的特點,從成人高等改革的必要性、教育課程設置、師資隊伍建設、教學管理、合作辦學單位的選擇、函授站設立、育人環(huán)境以及畢業(yè)設計等諸多方面進行了研究,提出了"理實并重,工學結合,強化技能,重在應用,在職提高"的成人高等教育人才培養(yǎng)思路與方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation of the development of adult higher education, it is necessary to actively explore the reform of the training goal, curriculum system, teaching methods and management model of adult higher education in order to better meet the needs of applied talents in our society. According to the characteristics of adult higher education, this paper discusses the necessity of the reform of adult higher education, the setting up of educational courses, the construction of teaching staff, the teaching management, the selection of cooperative educational units, and the establishment of correspondence education stations. This paper studies the educational environment and graduation design, and puts forward the train of thought and method of adult higher education talents training, which emphasizes on both theory and practice, combines work and study, strengthens skills, emphasizes on application, and enhances on the job.
