【摘要】：制定《少數(shù)民族教育法》是解決我國(guó)少數(shù)民族發(fā)展中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,健全我國(guó)民族教育法制的客觀需要。經(jīng)過(guò)新中國(guó)建立以來(lái)的多年探索,我國(guó)自身的立法經(jīng)驗(yàn)和立法理論基礎(chǔ)為制定《少數(shù)民族教育法》提供了可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我國(guó)應(yīng)借鑒各國(guó)少數(shù)民族教育立法經(jīng)驗(yàn),制定《少數(shù)民族教育法》,從立法原則和具體內(nèi)容兩方面建立我國(guó)民族教育法律制度,促進(jìn)我國(guó)少數(shù)民族教育的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to formulate the Education Law for ethnic minorities to solve the practical problems in the development of ethnic minorities and to perfect the legal system of ethnic education in our country. After many years of exploration since the founding of New China, our own legislative experience and legislative theoretical basis have provided the feasibility for the formulation of the Minority Education Law. On this basis, our country should draw lessons from the national minority education legislation experience of other countries, formulate the "Minority Education Law", and establish the national education law system of our country from the legislative principle and the concrete content. To promote the development of minority education in China by leaps and bounds.
