西部民族地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策思考——以黔東南苗族侗族自治州為例

【摘要】:黔東南位于貴州東南部,是世居苗族、侗族的聚居地,近幾年民族教育改革和發(fā)展取得了一些引人注目的成就,受少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá),人們傳統(tǒng)思想觀念等因素影響,教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展依然面臨許多困難與問(wèn)題。轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,加大教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),調(diào)整整體教育結(jié)構(gòu),以促進(jìn)西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)教育及經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The southeast of Guizhou lies in the southeast of Guizhou. It is a settlement of the Miao and Dong ethnic groups. In recent years, the educational reform and development of ethnic minorities has made some remarkable achievements, which is influenced by the underdeveloped economy of the minority areas and the traditional ideology of the people. The development of education still faces many difficulties and problems. In order to promote the development of education and economic coordination in western minority areas, the educational concept should be changed, the investment of educational funds should be increased, the construction of teachers should be strengthened, and the overall educational structure should be adjusted.
