【摘要】：正在這個題目之下,我要討論的一個核心問題是：大學(xué)作為一種歷史悠久、愈益興盛的學(xué)術(shù)機構(gòu),它有什么樣的宗旨和原則；在這樣的宗旨和原則之下,直接影響和決定大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)水平和學(xué)術(shù)活動的教師是一種什么樣的群體,他們?yōu)槭裁磻?yīng)當(dāng)享受終身教職的待遇。
[Abstract]:And one of the central questions that I'm going to discuss under this topic is: what are the purposes and principles of a university as an academic institution with a long history and growing prosperity, and under this kind of purpose and principle,What kind of group directly affect and determine the academic level and academic activities of the university, and why they should enjoy the treatment of tenure.
