【摘要】: 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的加速、國外金融企業(yè)陸續(xù)登陸中國市場,國際間的經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融競爭日益激烈,對人才的爭奪也將更加激烈。作為各國經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)核心的現(xiàn)代金融企業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸向高度的知識化轉(zhuǎn)變,人力資源已經(jīng)超過資本資源成為現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)改革、發(fā)展的首要資源。金融業(yè)競爭的激烈性和復(fù)雜性必然要求金融業(yè)從業(yè)人人員具有較高素質(zhì)。 本文堅持理論聯(lián)系實際,以國內(nèi)外培訓(xùn)理論為基礎(chǔ),以Z銀行S分行培訓(xùn)管理體系為研究對象,對S分行培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,找出了其存在的主要問題。在研究中,結(jié)合培訓(xùn)模型總結(jié)了培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計的原則、組織分工以及培訓(xùn)方式,提出了銀行員工培訓(xùn)體系的整體構(gòu)建,對于培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計劃制定和實施以及培訓(xùn)效果評估提出了筆者自己的見解,以期希望能對銀行員工培訓(xùn)體系的構(gòu)建起理論參考作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞本文提出的觀點,結(jié)合銀行知識結(jié)構(gòu)以及人員分布特點,又進(jìn)一步提出充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),建立健全E-Learning培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)平臺,實現(xiàn)員工培訓(xùn)管理信息化。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, foreign financial enterprises have landed in Chinese market, international economic and financial competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition for talent will become more intense. As a modern financial enterprise core of national economies and the global economy has been gradually to the height of knowledge transformation, human resources has exceeded capital resource and become the modern financial industry reform first, resource development. The fierce competition in the financial industry and the complexity of the inevitable requirement of the financial industry professionals with relatively high quality personnel.
Based on theory and practice, in domestic and overseas training theories, training management system in Z bank S branch as the research object, the status of S branch training are analyzed, and finds out the existing main problems. In the study, training model summarizes the training system design principles and organization training mode overall, the bank staff training system for training needs analysis, training plan and implement training effectiveness evaluation and puts forward the author's own opinion, in order to bank staff training system construct theoretical reference. On this basis, the paper put forward views, combined with the knowledge structure of the bank and the personnel the distribution characteristics, and further make full use of the Internet technology, establishing and perfecting E-Learning training system, employee training management information.
