【摘要】：公民館是戰(zhàn)后日本社會教育的重要設(shè)施,它不僅是日本居民參加社區(qū)活動的主要場所,同時也是日本國民為提高自身文化素養(yǎng)及精神教養(yǎng)而展開自主學(xué)習(xí)及自由學(xué)習(xí)的重要課堂。戰(zhàn)后日本社會教育理念的形成、發(fā)展及豐富,都與公民館的發(fā)展、深化及一系列實踐改革的活動有關(guān)。尤其是進入21世紀(jì),日本社會正處在創(chuàng)建一個未來理想的“學(xué)習(xí)社會”之際,公民館的存在與發(fā)展,無疑為日本早日實現(xiàn)這一理想奠定了堅實可靠的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The Citizen Museum is an important social education facility in Japan after the war. It is not only the main place for Japanese residents to participate in community activities.At the same time, it is also an important classroom for Japanese people to develop independent learning and free learning in order to improve their cultural literacy and spiritual upbringing.The formation, development and enrichment of Japanese social education concept after the war are related to the development, deepening and a series of practical reform activities of Citizen Hall.Especially in the 21st century, the Japanese society is in the process of creating a future ideal "learning society". The existence and development of the Citizen Pavilion have undoubtedly laid a solid and reliable foundation for Japan to realize this ideal at an early date.
