超常兒童全面發(fā)展的問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】: 我國(guó)開(kāi)展超常兒童教育研究三十年來(lái),超常兒童教育實(shí)踐在我國(guó)已有長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,具有中國(guó)特色的超常兒童教育體系初露端倪。但在我國(guó)超常兒童教育實(shí)踐中,人們談?wù)撦^多的仍是智力因素教育,超常兒童的非智力因素的培養(yǎng)還沒(méi)有引起足夠重視,對(duì)超常兒童的全面發(fā)展研究涉及的就更少了。這種情況與超常兒童教育所具有的戰(zhàn)略意義極不相稱。本文簡(jiǎn)要概述了中國(guó)超常兒童教育的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀,論述了對(duì)超常兒童實(shí)施全面發(fā)展教育的必要性及其應(yīng)采取的基本措施作了初步的探討。 一是以素質(zhì)教育為理論指導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)超常兒童在德、智、體、美等方面的全面教育,指出超常兒童的全面發(fā)展的最終目的是要培養(yǎng)其為對(duì)社會(huì)有用之才。 二是提出要為超常兒童的全面發(fā)展創(chuàng)設(shè)一個(gè)和諧的育人環(huán)境,促進(jìn)超常兒童的全面發(fā)展。 這些觀點(diǎn)的提出是希望我國(guó)教育工作者、家長(zhǎng)注重超常兒童學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)的同時(shí),更要重視超常個(gè)體的整體發(fā)展,即德、智、體、美、勞的全面發(fā)展,尤其是良好品德的培養(yǎng),健全人格的發(fā)展,而不是滿足于對(duì)其單個(gè)領(lǐng)域(尤其是智力)的開(kāi)發(fā),造就片面型人才。
[Abstract]:In the past thirty years, the practice of extraordinary children's education has developed rapidly in China, and the system of exceptional children's education with Chinese characteristics has begun to emerge. However, in the practice of extra-normal children's education in our country, People still talk more about the education of intelligence factors, and the cultivation of non-intelligence factors of children of exceptional age has not been paid enough attention to. There is less research on the comprehensive development of supernormal children. This situation is not commensurate with the strategic significance of the education of exceptional children. This paper gives a brief overview of the development and present situation of the education of exceptional children in China. This paper discusses the necessity of carrying out all-round development education for exceptional children and the basic measures to be taken. The first is to take quality education as the theoretical guidance, and to strengthen the all-round education of exceptional children in the fields of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and point out that the ultimate goal of the all-round development of children is to train them as useful talents for the society. Second, it is necessary to create a harmonious educational environment for the all-round development of exceptional children and promote their all-round development. These points of view are put forward in the hope that Chinese educators and parents will pay more attention to the overall development of exceptional individuals, that is, the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, especially the cultivation of good moral character, while paying more attention to the academic achievements of children who are exceptional in their studies. The development of sound personality, rather than the development of its single field (especially intelligence), creates one-sided talents.
