【摘要】:2012年是聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織報(bào)告《學(xué)會(huì)生存》發(fā)表40周年。報(bào)告對(duì)世界教育發(fā)展最重要的貢獻(xiàn)有兩點(diǎn),一是對(duì)教育舊觀念和舊制度的缺陷與弊病的深刻批判;二是對(duì)教育發(fā)展新趨勢(shì)的深刻研判,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出若干極為重要的教育新理念與基本原則。40年來(lái),該報(bào)告有關(guān)教育民主、終身教育和學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)建設(shè)的思想對(duì)世界各國(guó)的教育政策和社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了廣泛而深遠(yuǎn)的影響,對(duì)深刻認(rèn)識(shí)消除教育不平等和不均衡現(xiàn)象對(duì)社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重大意義以及深刻認(rèn)識(shí)教育改革的迫切性和必要性起到了巨大的推動(dòng)作用,對(duì)世界各國(guó)終身學(xué)習(xí)體系和學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的構(gòu)建至今仍具有指導(dǎo)意義和建設(shè)性作用。但也不可否認(rèn),報(bào)告受時(shí)代局限,也存在種種不足,如明顯夸大了教育在社會(huì)發(fā)展中的作用,對(duì)教育發(fā)展和教育改革取得的成果期望過(guò)高;對(duì)教育改革與創(chuàng)新的艱巨性估計(jì)不足;在若干重要問(wèn)題上存在盲點(diǎn);在大力倡導(dǎo)終身教育理念的同時(shí),對(duì)如何建立終身教育理論與實(shí)踐的聯(lián)系缺乏足夠深入的探討。
[Abstract]:2012 is a UNESCO report < > 40th anniversary: learn to survive two. Report on the most important contribution to the development of education in the world, is a profound criticism of defects and shortcomings of old ideas and old education system; two is a profound new trend for the development of education research, and put forward some very new an important education concept and basic principles of.40 years, the report on the educational democracy, has a broad and far-reaching impact of education policy and social development of lifelong education and learning society construction thought of the world, a profound understanding of the necessity and urgency of eliminating inequality in education and the significance of imbalance of social progress and a deep understanding of the education reform has played a huge role in the world, construction of lifelong learning system and the learning society still has a guiding significance for the construction and . but it is undeniable that the report is limited by the times, there are many shortcomings, such as obviously exaggerated the role of education in social development, the expectations of education development and education reform achievements; lack of difficulty on education reform and innovation of the estimation; blind spots exist in some important issues in advocate; the concept of lifelong education and explore deeply enough on how to establish the lifelong education theory and practice of the lack of contact.
