【摘要】：采用青少年生活事件量表分別對成都、拉薩兩地藏族大學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):成都藏族大學(xué)生與拉薩藏族大學(xué)生生活事件的應(yīng)激源不同;成都藏族男生與拉薩藏族男生在學(xué)習(xí)壓力、健康適應(yīng)及總應(yīng)激量上差異均達到顯著性水平;藏族女生兩地受生活事件影響沒有顯著差異;城市的藏族大學(xué)生在成都就讀與在拉薩就讀在學(xué)習(xí)壓力、喪失、健康適應(yīng)因子及總應(yīng)激量上達到顯著水平。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted on Tibetan college students in Chengdu and Lhasa by using the Adolescent Life event scale. The results showed that the stressors of the life events of the Tibetan students in Chengdu and Lhasa were different from those in Lhasa. There were significant differences in learning pressure, health adaptation and total stress between Tibetan male students in Chengdu and Lhasa, but there was no significant difference between Tibetan girls and Tibetan girls affected by life events. Tibetan college students in Chengdu and Lhasa achieved significant levels of learning stress, loss, health adaptation factors and total stress.
