【摘要】：【目的】探討家長(zhǎng)參與程度對(duì)初中生吸煙行為的作用。【方法】在廣州黃埔區(qū)整群隨機(jī)抽取6所中學(xué),使用自填式問卷對(duì)初中學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)(2851套)進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查,以家長(zhǎng)態(tài)度與行為共4個(gè)條目的量化總分將家長(zhǎng)參與程度分成5個(gè)等級(jí),再評(píng)價(jià)家長(zhǎng)參與程度對(duì)初中生吸煙相關(guān)知-信-行的影響。【結(jié)果】2617套有效問卷中,家長(zhǎng)參與程度Ⅰ￣Ⅴ級(jí)的構(gòu)成比分別為1.9%、4.9%、13.4%、33.4%和46.4%。學(xué)生感受到的家長(zhǎng)吸煙許可率,Ⅰ級(jí)為5.9%,Ⅱ級(jí)為1.6%,Ⅲ級(jí)為1.1%,Ⅳ級(jí)為0.6%,Ⅴ級(jí)為0.7%。各組學(xué)生的吸煙與健康知識(shí)水平無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的差別(P0.05)。學(xué)生吸煙相關(guān)的正、負(fù)性態(tài)度得分和態(tài)度總分都隨著家長(zhǎng)參與程度的增加而升高。家長(zhǎng)參與程度Ⅰ￣Ⅴ級(jí)的初中生不規(guī)律吸煙率分別為21.6%、16.5%、15.4%、13.5%和14.1%,規(guī)律吸煙率分別為11.8%、8.7%、4.3%、3.9%和3.5%,其發(fā)生率的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而且家長(zhǎng)參與程度與學(xué)生吸煙行為存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的負(fù)相關(guān)(Spearmanr=-0.042,P=0.031)。【結(jié)論】家長(zhǎng)參與能夠?qū)Τ踔猩鼰熛嚓P(guān)的態(tài)度和行為產(chǎn)生直接或間接影響,應(yīng)在青少年控?zé)熤械玫礁嗟闹匾暋?br/>[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the effect of parental participation on smoking behavior of junior high school students. [methods] A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 6 middle schools in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, using self-filled questionnaire to investigate 2851 sets of junior middle school students and parents.
