【摘要】：探討農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的教育培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題,提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì)、為社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供強(qiáng)有力的人才支撐,是各級(jí)職業(yè)院校的重大任務(wù)和辦學(xué)方向。近年來(lái)各地在堅(jiān)持為農(nóng)服務(wù)、創(chuàng)新辦學(xué)機(jī)制、挖掘教育資源上創(chuàng)造性地探索了一系列適合當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)和辦學(xué)實(shí)力的農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移培訓(xùn)形式,對(duì)推動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:It is an important task and direction for vocational colleges and universities at all levels to probe into the education and training of rural labor force transfer, to improve the quality of farmers and to provide strong talent support for the construction of new socialist countryside. Innovating the mechanism of running a school and exploring a series of training forms of rural labor force which are suitable for the local economy and the strength of running a school creatively explore a series of training forms which can be used for reference to promote the process of transfer.
