數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務體系的構建研究

【摘要】:中央多次提出要形成終身學習的學習型社會,構建終身教育體系,實現(xiàn)全民學習。學習型社區(qū)的建設對學習型社會的構建起著推動作用,在計算機網絡技術飛速發(fā)展的背景下,利用信息技術,以數(shù)字化為切入點,是社區(qū)教育建設未來的發(fā)展趨勢。面對信息數(shù)量的急劇增長和終身學習觀念的深入人心,數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源的服務已經成為教育領域研究的重要課題。數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源的建設和服務對于滿足社區(qū)用戶的教育需求,提高我國社區(qū)教育水平,加速教育信息化進程,構建現(xiàn)代國民教育體系和終身學習體系都具有重大現(xiàn)實意義。 本文對國內外數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務的研究進行綜述,總結數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務建設方面的重要經驗。以數(shù)字化教育資源的相關理論、服務理論和相關理念原則作為理論基礎,探討數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務體系的構建內容與對策。 首先,在數(shù)字資源服務理念的指導下,對數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務體系的總體構架相關因素進行分析,并對各個組成部分進行描述。 其次,對數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務體系的構建內容進行一定深度的探討,包括數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務的組織和結構、數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源的服務平臺、數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源的整合開發(fā)和利用、數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源的管理和服務、數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務的保障體系。 最后,基于對數(shù)字化社區(qū)教育資源服務體系自上而下的分析,作出總結和展望。
[Abstract]:The central government has repeatedly proposed to form a learning society of lifelong learning, to build a lifelong education system and to achieve universal learning. The construction of a learning community plays an important role in promoting the construction of a learning-oriented society. Under the background of the rapid development of the computer network technology, using the information technology, take the digitization as the breakthrough point. It is the development trend of community education construction in the future. Facing the rapid increase of information quantity and the concept of lifelong learning, it is deeply rooted in people's hearts. The service of digital community education resources has become an important subject in the field of education. The construction and service of digital community education resources can meet the educational needs of community users and improve the level of community education in China. It is of great practical significance to accelerate the process of education informatization and to construct modern national education system and lifelong learning system. This paper summarizes the research of digital community education resource service at home and abroad, summarizes the important experience in the construction of digital community education resource service, and uses the relevant theory of digital education resources. This paper discusses the contents and countermeasures of the construction of digital community education resource service system. Firstly, under the guidance of the concept of digital resource service, the related factors of the overall framework of the digital community educational resource service system are analyzed, and each component is described. Secondly, the construction of the digital community education resource service system is discussed in depth, including the organization and structure of the digital community education resources service, the service platform of the digital community education resources. The integrated development and utilization of digital community educational resources, the management and service of digital community educational resources, and the guarantee system of digital community educational resources service. Finally, based on the analysis of the digital community education resource service system from top to bottom, the summary and prospect are made.
