【摘要】: 隨著家庭復(fù)原力研究的不斷深入,探討家庭復(fù)原力的影響因素已經(jīng)成為研究領(lǐng)域新的熱點(diǎn)之一。由于處于各種困難包圍中,聽障兒童家庭應(yīng)對困難的因素引起了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的關(guān)注。因此,研究聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力具有重要意義。 本研究的目的在于探索聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力水平及影響因素。本研究采用劉勝林編制的《聽覺障礙兒童家庭復(fù)原力調(diào)查表》,以及自編的《聽覺障礙兒童家庭基本信息表》、《聽覺障礙兒童基本信息表》、自由回答問題,共四部分組成的《聽覺障礙兒童家庭調(diào)查問卷》。對105個(gè)聽障兒童家庭進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,探討家庭人口學(xué)對家庭復(fù)原力的影響,以及聽障兒童自身對家庭復(fù)原力的影響。通過自由回答問題部分,進(jìn)一步探討聽障兒童家庭面臨的困難、交流方式、信息需求、社會(huì)支持以及聽障自身對家庭的影響。為更加深入地探討聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力的形成過程和影響因素,本研究對6個(gè)家庭進(jìn)行訪談。 研究結(jié)果顯示:1.劉勝林編制的《聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力調(diào)查表》有較好的信度和效度,可作為本研究的研究工具;2.聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力水平存在一定的差異;3.聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力形成通過三個(gè)階段;4.從整體上來看,聽障兒童家庭面臨的困難、家庭功能、社會(huì)支持、聽障兒童自身對家庭復(fù)原力都有影響;5.所有的影響因素中,家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)、家庭功能、交流方式、社會(huì)支持、聽障兒童自身對家庭復(fù)原力的影響最大;6.家庭復(fù)原力水平較高的家庭具有的特征:(1)家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)收入處于中等水平;(2)家庭整體結(jié)構(gòu)健全,并且家庭內(nèi)部成員團(tuán)結(jié)、樂觀;(3)家庭成員與聽障兒童能夠進(jìn)行通暢的交流;(4)家庭獲得豐富的社會(huì)支持;(5)聽障兒童自身的狀況:聽障兒童確診的年齡越小,家庭復(fù)原力水平越佳;聽障兒童的個(gè)性發(fā)展是家庭復(fù)原力形成的“潤滑劑”,在家庭復(fù)原力的過程中扮演著重要的角色。 總之,本研究對聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素進(jìn)行研究,深入探討聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力的影響因素,為聽障兒童家庭復(fù)原力的形成提出了若干具體可行的措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of family resilience research, it has become one of the new hotspots in the research field to explore the influencing factors of family resilience. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the family resilience of hearing-impaired children. The purpose of this study was to explore the level of family resilience of children with hearing impairment and its influencing factors. And the self-compiled "hearing impaired children's family basic information table", "hearing impaired children basic information table", free to answer questions. A family questionnaire for hearing impaired children was made up of four parts. 105 families with hearing impairment were investigated to explore the impact of family demography on family resilience. And the influence of children with hearing impairment on family resilience. Through the free answer to the questions, further explore the difficulties faced by the families of hearing impaired children, the way of communication, information needs. In order to explore the forming process and influencing factors of family resilience of hearing-impaired children, six families were interviewed in this study. The results showed that Liu Shenglin's questionnaire on family resilience of hearing-impaired children had good reliability and validity and could be used as a research tool in this study. 2. There are some differences in family resilience of hearing impaired children. 3.The formation of family resilience of children with hearing impairment passed through three stages; 4. On the whole, the difficulties faced by families of hearing-impaired children, family functions, social support, and children with hearing disabilities themselves have an impact on family resilience; 5. among all the influencing factors, family economy, family function, communication mode, social support and children with hearing impairment have the greatest influence on family resilience. 6. families with higher levels of family resilience have the characteristics of "1: 1") the economic income of families is at the middle level; (2) the overall structure of the family is sound, and the members within the family are United and optimistic; (3) A smooth communication between family members and children with hearing disabilities; (4) families receive abundant social support; (5) the condition of children with hearing impairment: the younger the age of diagnosis, the better the level of family resilience; The personality development of hearing-impaired children is the lubricant of family resilience and plays an important role in the process of family resilience. In a word, the present situation and influencing factors of family resilience of hearing-impaired children were studied, and the influencing factors of family resilience of hearing-impaired children were discussed. Some concrete and feasible measures are put forward for the formation of family resilience of hearing-impaired children.
