【摘要】： 隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來和全球一體化進程的加快,教育作為開發(fā)人的智力、提高人的素質(zhì)的主要手段和途徑,在現(xiàn)代社會已經(jīng)越來越成為決定因素。民族教育是提高民族素質(zhì),幫助各少數(shù)民族實現(xiàn)共同繁榮發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵和基礎(chǔ)。在市場化和現(xiàn)代化的影響下,民族教育面臨著堅守文化特色與融入主流社會的兩難選擇。 本文選取平山木柄瑤作為田野點,對當(dāng)?shù)氐慕逃l(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行梳理,剖析了其教育存在的問題、缺陷及深層原因,得出了木柄瑤教育問題的關(guān)鍵:教育體制不適應(yīng)木柄瑤經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。提出了有利于該地區(qū)民族教育發(fā)展的思路和對策,即轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,根據(jù)實際實現(xiàn)木柄瑤教育的體制轉(zhuǎn)變,構(gòu)建有利于木柄瑤教育的社會環(huán)境,以及加強師資隊伍建設(shè)和加大教育投入。最后,指出解決民族教育問題的關(guān)鍵是改革現(xiàn)有的民族教育體制。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the acceleration of the process of global integration, education is the main means and means to develop human intelligence and improve human quality. In the modern society, ethnic education is the key and foundation to improve the national quality and help the ethnic minorities to achieve common prosperity and development. Under the influence of marketization and modernization, ethnic education has become a more and more decisive factor in modern society. Ethnic education is faced with the dilemma of sticking to its cultural characteristics and integrating into the mainstream society. This paper selects Pingshan Mujianyao as a field point to sort out the local educational development and analyzes the problems, defects and deep causes of its education. The key to the educational problems of Mushan Yao is that the educational system can not adapt to the current situation of economic and social development of Mujianyao, and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures that are beneficial to the development of ethnic education in this area, that is, changing the concept of education. According to the actual realization of the system transformation of Mushan Yao education, the construction of a favorable social environment for Mushan Yao education, as well as strengthening the construction of teachers and increasing educational investment. Finally. It is pointed out that the key to solve the problem of ethnic education is to reform the existing national education system.
