【摘要】:培訓(xùn)中心成立于2002年10月,是由原郵電學(xué)校改制而成的,自從成立以來(lái),培訓(xùn)中心秉承“客戶至上,用心服務(wù)”的服務(wù)理念,憑借不斷積累的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),利用配套齊全的培訓(xùn)設(shè)施、規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)管理和高素質(zhì)的師資隊(duì)伍,為通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商及其它政企客戶提供各類在崗員工培訓(xùn)及培訓(xùn)管理服務(wù)。隨著中心的近10年的發(fā)展,中心在收入、利潤(rùn)、客戶數(shù)量等方面取得了不小的成績(jī)。但隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,培訓(xùn)中心在資源上、成本支出方面不占任何優(yōu)勢(shì),培訓(xùn)中心如何能擺脫目前的困境,本文從培訓(xùn)中心的集團(tuán)客戶業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略角度對(duì)培訓(xùn)中心進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的分析和研究,從而探索培訓(xùn)中心的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展之路。 本文運(yùn)用了PEST分析工具、波特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)五力模型、SWOT分析技術(shù)等對(duì)培訓(xùn)中心進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析,結(jié)果表明培訓(xùn)中心的發(fā)展,其內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)同在,其外部環(huán)境機(jī)會(huì)和威脅共存,各種內(nèi)外部關(guān)鍵因素的組合也是復(fù)雜的。為了能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中健康發(fā)展,培訓(xùn)中心應(yīng)將集團(tuán)客戶業(yè)務(wù)作為發(fā)展重點(diǎn),,規(guī)模發(fā)展,以盈利能力為導(dǎo)向,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),并樹立培訓(xùn)中心的品牌效應(yīng),建立自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)選擇差異化戰(zhàn)略,在確保收入基本面的基礎(chǔ)上,堅(jiān)持合作辦學(xué),提高盈利能力,走特色發(fā)展的道路。培訓(xùn)中心在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中要解決的主要問(wèn)題是:如何保存量、拓收入,如何拓展木本業(yè)務(wù)、提高盈利能力。 最后,研究分析認(rèn)為培訓(xùn)中心應(yīng)在突出差異化,聚焦重點(diǎn)客戶;以重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)現(xiàn)各業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)均衡發(fā)展;科學(xué)優(yōu)化硬件資源;支撐保障體系建設(shè);優(yōu)化人力資源等方面突出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,來(lái)提高培訓(xùn)中心的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The training center was founded in October 2002, is a former post school reformed, since the establishment of the training center, adhering to the "customer first, service" service concept, with the accumulated experience of professional training, the complete training facilities, standardized training management and high-quality teachers, provide all kinds of staff training and management services for telecom operators and other enterprise customers. As the center of the nearly 10 years of development, in the center of income, profits, in terms of the number of customers has made no small achievements. But with the competition, training center in resources, cost no advantage, how can the training center get rid of the dilemma, the view of development strategy from the training center of the group business market of a careful analysis and Research on the training center, so as to explore the industry training center The road to development.
This paper uses the PEST analysis tool, the competition Potter's five forces model, strategic analysis of the training center of SWOT analysis technology. The results show that the development of the training center, its internal strengths and weaknesses with the external opportunities and threats, a combination of various internal and external key factors are complex. In order to develop healthily in the fierce market competition, training center should be group business as the focus of development, scale development, profitability oriented, optimize business structure, and establish a brand training center, establish their own competitive advantage. The development strategy should choose differentiation strategy, in order to ensure the income based on the fundamentals, adhere to cooperative education to improve profitability, take the characteristic development. To solve the main problems in the implementation of the strategy training center is: how to save the amount of extension of income, how to expand the business of woody,. High profitability.
Finally, it is analysed that the training center should highlight the differences, focusing on key customers; to focus on business as the foundation, to realize the balanced development of science and business coordination; optimization of hardware resources; support system construction; highlight the advantages of their own optimization of human resources, weaknesses, to improve the core competitiveness of the training center.
