G學(xué)院旅游管理本科專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理研究

【摘要】:旅游管理專業(yè)是一門應(yīng)用性、實(shí)踐性非常強(qiáng)的專業(yè)。當(dāng)前旅游企業(yè)對(duì)畢業(yè)生的動(dòng)手能力和綜合素質(zhì)提出了更高、更新的要求,旅游專業(yè)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)較為嚴(yán)峻。在旅游管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)中加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理,是提升旅旅游專業(yè)人才綜合素養(yǎng)和就業(yè)能力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文首先在分析G學(xué)院旅游管理本科專業(yè)就業(yè)及實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,指出該專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理中存在“對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)不足,組織管理不完善”、“實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)不明確,課程設(shè)置不盡合理”、“實(shí)踐教學(xué)師資力量薄弱,缺乏實(shí)踐型教師”、“實(shí)踐教學(xué)考核體系不完善,制度不規(guī)范”、“人才培養(yǎng)模式單一,實(shí)踐教學(xué)信息反饋滯后”等諸多問(wèn)題。其次,針對(duì)管理現(xiàn)狀,提出G學(xué)院應(yīng)構(gòu)建包含“實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理規(guī)范體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理監(jiān)控體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理考核體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理反饋體系”四位一體的實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理體系。最后結(jié)合實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理體系的構(gòu)建對(duì)G學(xué)院上述問(wèn)題提出了“修訂培養(yǎng)方案,優(yōu)化實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理規(guī)范體系”、“加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理監(jiān)控體系”、“規(guī)范制度,改進(jìn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理考核體系”、“改革人才培養(yǎng)模式,創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理反饋體系”等一系列改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism management is an applied, very practical specialty. At present, tourism enterprises have put forward higher and newer requirements for graduates' practical ability and comprehensive quality, and the employment situation of college graduates majoring in tourism is more severe. It is a key link to enhance the comprehensive quality and employment ability of tourism professionals to strengthen the practical teaching management in the cultivation of tourism management professionals. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of employment and practical teaching management of tourism management undergraduate major in G College, this paper points out that there is "insufficient understanding of practical teaching and imperfect organization and management" in practical teaching management of this specialty. "the objectives of practical teaching are not clear, the curriculum is not reasonable", "practical teaching teachers are weak, lack of practical teachers", "practical teaching assessment system is not perfect, the system is not standardized", "personnel training model is single," The feedback of practical teaching information lags behind, and so on. Secondly, in view of the present situation of management, the author puts forward that the G college should construct a system of "practice teaching management standard system, practice teaching management monitoring system, practice teaching management assessment system". The feedback system of practical teaching management "the four-in-one practical teaching management system." Finally, combining with the construction of practical teaching management system, the author puts forward the "revision of training scheme, optimization of practical teaching management standard system", "strengthening the construction of teaching staff and perfecting practical teaching management monitoring system". "standardizing the system, improving the examination system of practical teaching management", "reforming the training mode of talents, innovating the feedback system of practical teaching management" and so on.
