大學(xué)生情感發(fā)展需要對(duì)思想政治教育實(shí)效性的影響研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,在中央的高度重視和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,高校思想政治教育雖然取得了良好的成績(jī),但由于種種原因的限制,高校思政工作的實(shí)際效果并不理想。一方面,對(duì)高校思政工作大量投入,未能獲得相應(yīng)效果;另一方面,同樣實(shí)施思想政治教育,但不同學(xué)校效果差異明顯。據(jù)有關(guān)調(diào)研資料顯示,近年來(lái),大學(xué)生中認(rèn)為學(xué)校進(jìn)行的各種形式的思想政治教育有效果的、有收獲的人數(shù)多徘徊在被調(diào)查對(duì)象總數(shù)的35%左右,而認(rèn)為這些思想政治教育無(wú)所謂、無(wú)效果的人數(shù)比例卻要遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于這個(gè)數(shù)字,這些研究都充分反映了大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性亟待提高的現(xiàn)實(shí)。因此,如何切實(shí)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性,已經(jīng)成為高校思政工作中一個(gè)刻不容緩的課題。 大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性考察的是思想政治教育活動(dòng)目標(biāo)達(dá)成的程度。在此過(guò)程中,大學(xué)生思想政治教育追求的是社會(huì)價(jià)值和個(gè)人價(jià)值的統(tǒng)一,并且最終統(tǒng)一于人的自由而全面的發(fā)展。在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,大學(xué)生雖然政治意識(shí)強(qiáng)烈、成才愿望高漲,但存在功利主義價(jià)值取向、生活行為失范、心理問(wèn)題凸顯等問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性在一定程度上缺失。 作為思想政治教育存在與發(fā)展的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)、實(shí)踐價(jià)值的主體根源、人文關(guān)懷的邏輯起點(diǎn),本文嘗試從心理發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的角度探索大學(xué)生情感發(fā)展需要,探索其與增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的關(guān)聯(lián),并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索大學(xué)生思想政治教育新途徑。為全面了解和把握高校大學(xué)生群體的情感發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,關(guān)注其情感發(fā)展需求,筆者借助商業(yè)網(wǎng)站“問(wèn)卷星”這一網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),通過(guò)電子問(wèn)卷開(kāi)展調(diào)查。以網(wǎng)絡(luò)形式開(kāi)展調(diào)查,調(diào)查的環(huán)境相對(duì)更為寬松,也更加符合網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代高校學(xué)生的習(xí)慣。本次調(diào)查隨機(jī)抽取了上海的5所高校,共計(jì)180位學(xué)生參與。調(diào)查的內(nèi)容涉及大學(xué)生的具體情感問(wèn)題,如親情、友情、愛(ài)情、責(zé)任感、為人處事、人生目標(biāo)等方面。了解到大學(xué)生親情比較淡漠;渴望友情,但不夠珍惜;渴望與異性交往,但較少表達(dá);責(zé)任感嚴(yán)重缺乏;心理承受能力比較弱。 該調(diào)查直觀(guān)地展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生情感發(fā)展需要,為增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的策略研究提供了有力的支持。以此為基礎(chǔ),,強(qiáng)調(diào)情感教育,強(qiáng)化人文關(guān)懷,推廣朋輩輔導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)情感體驗(yàn)教育;優(yōu)化體系改革,規(guī)范教育者進(jìn)入的人格特質(zhì)審核程序,完善思政工作隊(duì)伍等穩(wěn)定機(jī)制,提高思想政治教育者綜合素質(zhì);注重環(huán)境熏陶,營(yíng)造良好社會(huì)環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、校園環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。最終以大學(xué)生個(gè)人價(jià)值和社會(huì)價(jià)值的統(tǒng)一實(shí)現(xiàn)為目標(biāo),切實(shí)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:At present, under the leadership of the central government, ideological and political education in colleges and universities has made good achievements, but due to the limitations of various reasons, the actual effect of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is not ideal. On the one hand, the ideological and political work in colleges and universities has been heavily invested and failed to obtain corresponding results; on the other hand, ideological and political education has also been carried out, but the effects of different schools are obviously different. According to relevant research materials, in recent years, among college students, the number of students who think that various forms of ideological and political education carried out by the school are effective and the number of people who have gained more hovers around 35% of the total number of subjects surveyed. However, the proportion of people who have no effect is far higher than this number. These studies fully reflect the reality that the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students needs to be improved. Therefore, how to effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students has become an urgent task in the ideological and political work. The actual effect of college students' ideological and political education is the degree of achieving the goal of ideological and political education. In this process, the ideological and political education of college students pursues the unity of social value and individual value, and finally unified in the free and comprehensive development of human. In reality, although college students have strong political consciousness and high desire to become talented, there are some problems such as utilitarian value orientation, abnormal living behavior and prominent psychological problems, which lead to the lack of effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education to a certain extent. As the internal driving force of the existence and development of ideological and political education, the main source of practical value and the logical starting point of humanistic concern, this paper attempts to explore the needs of college students' emotional development from the angle of psychological development. This paper explores its relation with enhancing the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, and explores a new way of college students' ideological and political education on this basis. In order to fully understand and grasp the current situation of college students' emotional development and pay attention to their emotional development needs, the author carries out an investigation through electronic questionnaire with the help of the network platform of "questionnaire star", a commercial website. The investigation is carried out in the form of network, the environment of investigation is more relaxed, and it is more in line with the habits of college students in the internet age. The survey randomly selected 5 universities in Shanghai, a total of 180 students participated. The content of the investigation involves the specific emotional problems of college students, such as family, friendship, love, sense of responsibility, dealing with people, life goals and so on. Understand that college students are indifferent to family; yearning for friendship, but not enough to cherish; eager to communicate with the opposite sex, but less expression; sense of responsibility is seriously lacking; psychological tolerance is relatively weak. The investigation intuitively shows the emotional development needs of contemporary college students and provides a powerful support for the study of strategies to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. On this basis, it emphasizes emotional education, strengthens humanistic care, popularizes peer counseling, strengthens emotional experience education, optimizes system reform, standardizes the vetting procedures for personality traits entered by educators, and consummates stable mechanisms such as ideological and political work teams. Improve the comprehensive quality of ideological and political educators, pay attention to the environment edification, create a good social environment, family environment, campus environment, network environment. Finally, the goal of unifying the individual value and social value of college students is to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
