【摘要】：鼓勵大學(xué)生參與高校管理和引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生參與意識的發(fā)展是我國高等教育改革的重要內(nèi)容之一。研究新形勢下大學(xué)生參與高校管理的問題及解決對策是寫作本論文的主要目的。通過學(xué)習(xí)西方發(fā)達(dá)國家大學(xué)生參與高校管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索西方發(fā)達(dá)國家大學(xué)生參與高校管理對我國的啟示意義。明確新時期深化大學(xué)生參與高校管理的必要性,最終找出推進(jìn)我國大學(xué)生參與高校管理工作的對策。 學(xué)生參與高校管理,就是讓大學(xué)生以各種形式介入到高校日常管理工作中,變學(xué)生被動管理為主動管理。學(xué)校在制定各類制度、規(guī)劃發(fā)展目標(biāo)、管理教學(xué)工作時,要做到重點(diǎn)考慮學(xué)生的需求,傾聽學(xué)生的意見,堅持育人為本的理念,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的主體意識,實(shí)現(xiàn)管理決策的科學(xué)化。 在高等教育改革深入發(fā)展的今天,要想實(shí)現(xiàn)教育體制創(chuàng)新,高校必須鼓勵學(xué)生參與學(xué)校管理。學(xué)生參與學(xué)校管理,一方面有利于校務(wù)管理效率的提高,另一方面有利于學(xué)校落實(shí)“以人為本”,保障學(xué)生的合法權(quán)利。我國目前學(xué)生參與高校管理還存在著諸多問題,學(xué)生參與意識較弱,學(xué)生參與管理的層次較低,高等學(xué)校觀念轉(zhuǎn)變不到位,學(xué)生參與缺乏制度保障。由于我國大學(xué)一直是政府的直屬機(jī)構(gòu),高校辦學(xué)缺乏自主權(quán),導(dǎo)致學(xué)生參與高校管理的發(fā)展長期受阻。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)高等教育體制創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)高校管理的健康發(fā)展,高校必須努力探索學(xué)生參與管理工作的新路徑。
[Abstract]:Encouraging college students to participate in university management and guiding the development of college students' participation consciousness is one of the important contents of higher education reform in China. The main purpose of this thesis is to study the problems and solutions of college students' participation in university management under the new situation. By studying the experience of university management in western developed countries, this paper explores the significance of college students' participation in university management in western developed countries. It is necessary to deepen college students' participation in university management in the new period, and finally find out the countermeasures to promote college students' participation in university management in our country. The participation of students in the management of colleges and universities is to make students get involved in the daily management of colleges and universities in various forms, and change the passive management of students into active management. When making all kinds of systems, planning development goals and managing teaching work, schools should pay attention to the needs of students, listen to students' opinions, insist on the idea of educating people, strengthen students' subjective consciousness, and realize the scientific management decision. In order to realize the innovation of educational system, colleges and universities must encourage students to participate in school management. The participation of students in school management is conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of school administration on the one hand, and to the implementation of "people-oriented" in schools on the other, to ensure the legitimate rights of students. At present, there are still many problems in the management of colleges and universities. Students' participation consciousness is weak, the level of students' participation in management is lower, the concept of higher education is not in place, and the students' participation is lack of system guarantee. Due to the fact that Chinese universities have always been directly under the government, the lack of autonomy in running colleges and universities has hindered the development of students' participation in the management of colleges and universities for a long time. In order to realize the innovation of higher education system and promote the healthy development of university management, colleges and universities must try their best to explore a new way for students to participate in the management work.
