【摘要】：進入本世紀(jì)以來,高校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作得到進一步重視。但是傳統(tǒng)的素質(zhì)教育工作在教育內(nèi)容、目標(biāo)、方法的整個過程都存在著弊端,大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育工作在很多情況下忽視了人和社會發(fā)展的實際需要,阻礙了學(xué)生的獨立性思維和個性化思想的發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致了學(xué)校輸送人才與社會需求人才的不對接。本文在實踐育人視野下探討當(dāng)前大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作的優(yōu)點與不足,運用相關(guān)理論和思想,研究大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作中行之有效的方法和手段,并努力使這些方法在現(xiàn)實素質(zhì)教育工作中具有實用性和可操作性。 全文由六部分組成：第一部分是緒論,第二部分對本論文的相關(guān)概念做闡述,并著重分析了實踐育人對素質(zhì)教育工作的重要意義。第三部分是對大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作的調(diào)研。第四章是本文的核心部分,通過相關(guān)文獻和案例收集,分析大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作過程中存在的不足,找出當(dāng)前大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作中的方法與實踐育人理念相矛盾的地方。依據(jù)實踐育人理念和素質(zhì)教育相關(guān)理論,將大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育工作創(chuàng)新與實踐育人理念納入統(tǒng)一的研究體系,最終探討二者的相關(guān)關(guān)系,提出具體的應(yīng)對措施。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this century, the quality education of college students has been paid more attention to. However, the traditional quality education work has some drawbacks in the whole process of education content, goal and method. In many cases, the university quality education work ignores the actual needs of human and social development. It hinders the development of students' independent thinking and individualized thinking, and leads to the disconnection between the school transportation of talents and social needs. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the quality education of college students from the perspective of practical education, and studies the effective methods and means in the work of quality education for college students by using relevant theories and ideas. And try to make these methods practical and operable in the work of practical quality education. This paper is composed of six parts: the first part is the introduction, the second part expounds the related concepts of this paper, and emphatically analyzes the importance of practical education to the quality education work. The third part is the investigation of quality education of college students. The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper, through the collection of relevant documents and cases, analyzes the shortcomings in the process of quality education for college students, and finds out the contradiction between the methods of quality education and the practice of educating people. According to the theory of practical education and quality-oriented education, the innovation of quality education and the idea of practical education of college students are brought into the unified research system. Finally, the relationship between the two is discussed, and the concrete countermeasures are put forward.
