【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,科學(xué)與技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),體制改革的不斷深入,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的全球化,給我國新時(shí)期的高等教育事業(yè)帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)也帶來了無限的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。高等學(xué)校班級(jí)建設(shè)是高校立德樹人工作的基礎(chǔ),是做好青年大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的根本,它一直在發(fā)揮著團(tuán)結(jié)、組織和教育學(xué)生的功能；同時(shí),伴隨著高等學(xué)校招生規(guī)模的空前擴(kuò)大、后勤社會(huì)化改革等因素的影響,高等學(xué)校和諧班級(jí)建設(shè)受到了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。如何適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)要求,將正確的思維理念和全新的學(xué)習(xí)生活方式應(yīng)用于高等學(xué)校班級(jí)建設(shè)工作中,有效促進(jìn)我國高等學(xué)校立德樹人工作向縱深發(fā)展,是加強(qiáng)高校和諧班級(jí)建設(shè)的一個(gè)全新課題。 高校和諧班級(jí)建設(shè)要深入研究工作技巧,始終堅(jiān)持以人為本,科學(xué)發(fā)展,在和諧班級(jí)的創(chuàng)建中應(yīng)做到因材施教,切實(shí)做到班級(jí)成員之間和諧、制度保障體系和諧、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神認(rèn)同上和諧。堅(jiān)持以青年大學(xué)生為根本,以促進(jìn)青年大學(xué)生成長成才為中心,堅(jiān)持一切為了青年大學(xué)學(xué)生,為了青年大學(xué)學(xué)生的一切,為了一切的青年大學(xué)生的理念開展班級(jí)建設(shè)工作,充分發(fā)揮高等學(xué)校傳統(tǒng)學(xué)生班級(jí)中學(xué)生自我教育、自我管理、自我服務(wù)的作用,促進(jìn)青年大學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展。 論文本著實(shí)事求是的原則,在調(diào)查、總結(jié)和思考的基礎(chǔ)上,深刻剖析了我國高等學(xué)校學(xué)生傳統(tǒng)班級(jí)建設(shè)中的實(shí)際情況和所存在的問題；凝練出了新形勢(shì)下我國高等學(xué)校和諧班級(jí)建設(shè)的原則和要素；闡述了高校和諧班級(jí)建設(shè)的方法和意義：重點(diǎn)從制度立班、援助穩(wěn)班、文化優(yōu)班、合作凝班、創(chuàng)新強(qiáng)班和網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓展班級(jí)等方面探索了和諧班級(jí)建設(shè)。對(duì)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新時(shí)期我國高等學(xué)校班級(jí)建設(shè)具有一定的借鑒意義和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the rapid development of science and technology, the deepening of the system reform and the globalization of the network, the cause of higher education in the new period of our country has brought great challenges, but also brought unlimited opportunities for development. The class construction of higher education is the foundation of the work of building up people in colleges and universities, and the foundation of doing a good job in ideological and political education of young college students. It has always played a role of unity, organization and education of students. With the unprecedented expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities, the reform of logistics socialization and other factors, the construction of harmonious classes in institutions of higher learning has been severely challenged. How to adapt to the requirements of the new situation and apply the correct thinking idea and the new learning and life style to the class construction work of the colleges and universities, so as to effectively promote the development of the work of establishing moral integrity and building people in the universities and colleges in our country. It is a new subject to strengthen the construction of harmonious class in colleges and universities. In the construction of harmonious class in colleges and universities, we should deeply study the working skills, always adhere to the people-oriented and scientific development, teach students according to their aptitude in the establishment of the harmonious class, make sure that the class members are harmonious and the system guarantee system is harmonious. The team spirit identity is harmonious. Insisting on taking young college students as the foundation, taking promoting the growth of young college students as the center, insisting on all for the youth university students, for the youth university students everything, for all the young college students to carry out the class construction work, Give full play to the role of self-education, self-management and self-service of middle school students in traditional classes of colleges and universities, and promote the lifelong development of young college students. Based on the principle of seeking truth from facts and on the basis of investigation, summary and reflection, the paper deeply analyzes the actual situation and existing problems in the traditional class construction of college students in our country. This paper condenses out the principles and elements of harmonious class construction in colleges and universities in our country under the new situation, and expounds the methods and significance of constructing harmonious class in colleges and universities: focusing on setting up classes by system, assisting steady classes, cultural excellent classes, cooperative classes, etc. The construction of harmonious class is explored in the aspects of innovating strong class and network expanding class. It has certain reference significance and guiding function for strengthening and improving the class construction of colleges and universities in the new period.
