【摘要】：通過對福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)、福州大學(xué)、福建師范大學(xué)、福建工程學(xué)院及閩江學(xué)院5所高等院校的調(diào)查,從個(gè)人、學(xué)校和社會(huì)層面剖析了福建高校赴臺(tái)交換生在學(xué)習(xí)和生活中面臨的障礙,并分別從福建高校和臺(tái)灣高校的角度提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議——福建高校應(yīng)構(gòu)建赴臺(tái)交換生長效管理機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)前期宣傳教育、健全赴臺(tái)交換信息共享平臺(tái)、完善赴臺(tái)交換信息反饋平臺(tái)等,以及臺(tái)灣高校應(yīng)促進(jìn)兩地學(xué)生融合、加強(qiáng)對交換生的學(xué)業(yè)指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)隨行教師和管理人員等。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Fuzhou University, Fujian normal University, Fujian Institute of Engineering and Minjiang University, from the individual, At the school and social levels, the obstacles faced by Fujian university exchange students in studying and living in Taiwan are analyzed. From the point of view of Fujian and Taiwan universities, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and advices that Fujian colleges and universities should construct a long-term management mechanism for exchange students in Taiwan, strengthen early propaganda and education, and improve the platform for information sharing in the exchange of information between Fujian colleges and universities in Taiwan. To perfect the platform of exchanging information and feedback to Taiwan, and to promote the integration of students in Taiwan and Taiwan, to strengthen the academic guidance to exchange students, and to train accompanying teachers and administrators, etc.
