【摘要】：本文以交往為視野,對高校思想政治教育進行交往理論解讀,將交往型思想政治教育具體運用于高校輔導(dǎo)員工作中,力圖解決當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員工作中存在的問題。本文從理論方面看,將交往理論融入思想政治教育研究,將有利于豐富思想政治教育學(xué)科理論、促進思想政治的科學(xué)化；從實踐方面看,有助于增強破解當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育的難題,提高高校思想政治教育的實效性。 本文以馬克思主義為基本指導(dǎo)原則,努力將理論和實踐相結(jié)合,在對交往理論進行解讀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育的特點和現(xiàn)狀,將交往理論運用于輔導(dǎo)員具體工作,構(gòu)建符合時代特點和大學(xué)生思想政治教育實際的高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的新模式,論文主要有五部分：第一章主要包括選題背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究思路；第二章是有關(guān)交往思想政治教育概述,重點解讀交往理論、交往方法思想政治教育的特征；第三章論述交往方法在高校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育中的作用,重點分析了交往方法是輔導(dǎo)員開展思想政治教育的基礎(chǔ),并能提高輔導(dǎo)員工作的實效；第四章主要研究高校輔導(dǎo)員交往方法在思想政治教育的原則、方法與內(nèi)容；第五章在分析當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員工作現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,基于輔導(dǎo)員工作情景下的交往方法在思想政治教育實踐,根據(jù)輔導(dǎo)員面對工作實際,分析虛擬情景、日常生活情景、主題活動等三種情景下,將交往型思想政治教育與高校輔導(dǎo)員工作有效結(jié)合,進行實踐探討。
[Abstract]:This paper, with the view of communication, interprets the communication theory of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and applies the communicative ideological and political education to the work of college counselors, trying to solve the problems existing in the work of the current counselors. This paper, in theory, will integrate the theory of communication into the study of Ideological and political education, which will help to enrich the ideological and political education. It is helpful to strengthen the problem of solving the current college students' Ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
Taking Marx's principle as the basic guiding principle, this paper tries to combine theory with practice, analyses the characteristics and present situation of Ideological and political education of current counselors on the basis of the interpretation of the theory of communication, and applies the theory of communication to the specific work of counselors, and constructs a university complying with the characteristics of the times and the reality of the ideological and political education of college students. The new model of guide work has five main parts: the first chapter mainly includes the background of topic selection, the status quo and research ideas at home and abroad; the second chapter is about the overview of the ideological and political education of communication, the emphasis on the characteristics of communication theory, the ideological and political education of communication methods, and the third chapter of the ideological and political communication methods in college counselors. The role of education, focusing on the analysis of communication methods is the basis for counselors to carry out ideological and political education, and can improve the effectiveness of the work of counselors. The fourth chapter mainly studies the principles, methods and contents of College Counselors' communication methods in Ideological and political education. The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the status of the work of the former counselors, based on the counselors. Under the working situation, the method of communication in the practice of Ideological and political education, according to the actual work of the counselors, the analysis of the virtual situation, the daily life situation, the theme activities, and other three situations, the communication type ideological and political education and the work of college counselors are effectively combined to carry out practical exploration.
