高校管理聽(tīng)證制度執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀及完善對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:高校管理聽(tīng)證制度是最近幾年所產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)產(chǎn)物,而對(duì)于它的研究,具有兩種層面上的意義,即學(xué)術(shù)與實(shí)踐。從學(xué)術(shù)的角度來(lái)分析,本文為高校聽(tīng)證管理制定的某些方面的研究進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明,并且在已有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于聽(tīng)證進(jìn)行了深入的探討與分析。從實(shí)踐的角度來(lái)分析,本文主要是為了有效的改善我國(guó)高校管理制度,,使得管理體系更加的法治化、科學(xué)化,并為我國(guó)高等教育做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。 本文一共分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分主要敘述了問(wèn)題的提出、研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、理論意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述以及研究的方法;第二部分主要描述了高校聽(tīng)證制度的內(nèi)涵以及相關(guān)內(nèi)容,并且重點(diǎn)分析了高校聽(tīng)證的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分主要敘述了高校聽(tīng)證制度執(zhí)行的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題以及出現(xiàn)這些問(wèn)題的原因等方面;第四部分主要是針對(duì)于第三部分所存在的問(wèn)題而提出的相關(guān)對(duì)策,以使得我國(guó)高校聽(tīng)證制度更加的完善。 本文的特色在于:一是本文對(duì)于高校聽(tīng)證制度的相關(guān)研究以一個(gè)新的高度所進(jìn)行的,并且對(duì)其的所存的價(jià)值等方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究;二是由于對(duì)于高校聽(tīng)證制度的相關(guān)研究還相對(duì)于較缺乏,因此,存在了諸多的問(wèn)題與不足,本文主要對(duì)于高校的聽(tīng)證制度體系進(jìn)行了深入的分析,并具有針對(duì)性的提出相關(guān)建議與意見(jiàn);三是本文并不滿足于從制度本身的研究出發(fā),更是從制度以外尋找相關(guān)原因,從而使得對(duì)于聽(tīng)證制度的研究更加的具體化。
[Abstract]:The management hearing system in colleges and universities is a social product produced in recent years, and its research has two levels of significance, namely, academic and practical. From the academic point of view, this paper makes a supplementary explanation for the research of some aspects of the hearing management in colleges and universities, and on the basis of the existing research, makes a thorough discussion and analysis on the hearing. From the perspective of practice, this paper is mainly to improve the management system of colleges and universities effectively, make the management system more legalized, scientific, and make a certain contribution to our higher education. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part mainly describes the question raised, the practical significance of the study, theoretical significance, domestic and foreign research review and research methods; The second part mainly describes the connotation of university hearing system and related content, and focuses on the theoretical basis of university hearing; the third part mainly describes the status quo of university hearing system implementation. The fourth part is mainly aimed at the problems in the third part and puts forward the relevant countermeasures to make the hearing system of colleges and universities in our country more perfect. The characteristics of this paper are as follows: first, the related research on the hearing system in colleges and universities is carried out from a new height, and the value of the hearing system is also studied in this paper; Second, because of the lack of relative research on the hearing system in colleges and universities, there are many problems and deficiencies. This paper mainly analyzes the hearing system of colleges and universities. The third is that this paper is not satisfied with the study of the system itself, but also from outside the system to find the relevant reasons, so that the study of the hearing system is more specific.
