【摘要】：協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是以知識增值為核心，以企業(yè)，高�？蒲性核�，政府，教育部門為創(chuàng)新主體的價值創(chuàng)造過程。自2012年啟動，4年一個周期的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺建設(shè)為各高校整合創(chuàng)新資源，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才提供了有利的契機。 本文從我國高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，，查找存在的制度問題、環(huán)境問題和思想問題，分析問題產(chǎn)生的宏觀、中觀和微觀原因；借鑒美國、日本和德國高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式和經(jīng)驗；運用SWOT分析方法和層次分析法評價基于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺建設(shè)我國高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的環(huán)境，分析基于協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺我國高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、威脅四個因素，確定主要因素和戰(zhàn)略；制定加大對學(xué)科交叉研究項目的立項支持力度、增加對高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究項目的經(jīng)費投入、完善高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究的評價和監(jiān)督體系的國家策略和樹立協(xié)同創(chuàng)新新理念、構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新利益分配機制、完善協(xié)同創(chuàng)新評價指標(biāo)體系、優(yōu)化協(xié)同創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)形式的高校策略并提出我國高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)實施的路徑保障。
[Abstract]:Collaborative innovation is a process of value creation in which enterprises, scientific research institutes, governments and education departments are the main body of innovation with knowledge increment as the core. Since the launch in 2012, the construction of collaborative innovation platform in a four-year cycle has provided a favorable opportunity for colleges and universities to integrate innovative resources and train innovative talents. Starting from the present situation of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in China, this paper finds out the existing institutional problems, environmental problems and ideological problems, analyzes the macro, meso and micro causes of the problems, and draws lessons from the United States. Japanese and German universities' innovative talents training model and experience, SWOT analysis method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the construction of innovative talents training environment based on collaborative innovation platform in our country. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities based on the collaborative innovation platform, determines the main factors and strategies, and establishes and strengthens the project support for the interdisciplinary research projects. We should increase the investment in the cooperative innovation research project, perfect the national strategy of the evaluation and supervision system of the cooperative innovation research in colleges and universities, set up a new concept of collaborative innovation, and construct a mechanism for distributing the benefits of collaborative innovation. The evaluation index system of collaborative innovation should be perfected, the university strategy of realizing cooperative innovation should be optimized, and the path guarantee for the cultivation and implementation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in China should be put forward.
