大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)問題研究

【摘要】:隨著畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力的不斷加大,自主創(chuàng)業(yè)成為當代大學畢業(yè)后的新型擇業(yè)方式。自主創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅能夠解決自身就業(yè)問題,還能通過創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè),使沒有找到工作的同學也加入到自己的團隊中,這也是為什么得到廣大學生與社會認同的關鍵。但是創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的大學生比例很低,主要原因是大學生沒有形成良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)。為此本文主要是對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)存在的問題進行研究,找出當代大學創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)上存在的問題與原因,并提出相應解決對策與完善途徑,從而完善提高大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)。 本文主體上可分為四個部分:第一部是大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)基本構(gòu)成內(nèi)容,分別對素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)、大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的概念進行了解析。同時對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的組成做出了明確劃分,把創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、創(chuàng)業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)業(yè)知識對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的影響做出梳理;第二部分是大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)存在的問題及原因分析。通過對數(shù)據(jù)的分析情況,對大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)上存在的問題進行劃分與研究,同時對導致大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)形成的四個層面進行原因分析;第三部分是國外大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的啟示。通過對美國、日本、新加坡大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)分析對比,總結(jié)出對我國大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)教育培養(yǎng)有效的方法與經(jīng)驗;第四部分是提高大學創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)核心內(nèi)容及提高創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的途徑與對策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing employment pressure of graduates, self-employment has become a new type of career choice after graduation. Independent entrepreneurship can not only solve their own employment problems, but also through entrepreneurship to promote employment, so that students who do not find a job to join their own teams, which is why the majority of students and society to identify with the key. But the proportion of successful university students is very low, the main reason is that college students have not formed good entrepreneurial quality. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the problems existing in the entrepreneurial quality of college students, finds out the problems and causes existing in the entrepreneurial quality of contemporary universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and perfect ways to improve the entrepreneurial quality of college students. The main body of this paper can be divided into four parts: the first part is the basic content of college students' entrepreneurial quality, which analyzes the concepts of quality, entrepreneurial quality and college students' entrepreneurial quality respectively. At the same time, the composition of university students' entrepreneurial quality is clearly divided, and the influence of entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial quality of college students is sorted out. The second part is the analysis of the problems and causes of university students'entrepreneurial quality. Through the analysis of the data, this paper classifies and studies the problems existing in the entrepreneurial quality of college students, and analyzes the causes of the formation of the entrepreneurial quality of college students. The third part is the enlightenment of the entrepreneurial quality of foreign college students. By analyzing and comparing the entrepreneurial quality of college students in the United States, Japan and Singapore, this paper summarizes the effective methods and experiences for the cultivation of entrepreneurship quality education of college students in China. The fourth part is to improve the core content of university entrepreneurial quality and the ways and countermeasures to improve entrepreneurial quality.
