【摘要】：為了減少大學(xué)教師的班級(jí)管理工作負(fù)擔(dān),應(yīng)以管理學(xué)的授權(quán)理論為基礎(chǔ),建構(gòu)大學(xué)班級(jí)授權(quán)管理模式,也就是教師先用適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ㄟx拔、培訓(xùn)、任命和監(jiān)督班干部,然后把班級(jí)日常管理工作的職權(quán)授予班干部,授權(quán)后教師只參加班級(jí)的重要事務(wù)和例外事項(xiàng)管理,以及保持對(duì)學(xué)生的激勵(lì)和與學(xué)生的溝通。大學(xué)班級(jí)授權(quán)管理不但可以減少教師的壓力,而且還可以改善班級(jí)管理工作績(jī)效并培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我管理能力。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the burden of College Teachers' class management work, it is necessary to construct the mode of university class authorization management based on the management theory of authorization, that is, teachers should select, train, appoint and supervise class cadres with appropriate methods, and then grant the class cadres to the daily management of the class, and the teachers after the authorization only participate in the class weight. The management of the affairs and exceptions, and the encouragement of the students and the communication with the students. The university class authorization management can not only reduce the pressure of the teachers, but also improve the performance of the class management and cultivate the self-management ability of the students.
