【摘要】：目前國內(nèi)關(guān)于高校教育基金會的理論研究還處于起步階段,本文從理論和實踐兩個緯度,比較分析傳統(tǒng)檔案管理和電子資源管理的特點和不足之處,總結(jié)出高校教育基金會信息管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出高校教育基金會進(jìn)行信息資源管理與建設(shè)的必要性。 本文選取浙江大學(xué)教育基金會信息資源管理系統(tǒng)為研究對象,著重從基金會信息收集管理系統(tǒng)、基金會項目管理系統(tǒng)、基金會協(xié)同工作信息平臺和基金會網(wǎng)站等方面進(jìn)行了考察。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：浙江大學(xué)教育基金會信息資源管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),解決了學(xué)校與學(xué)院的相關(guān)發(fā)展聯(lián)絡(luò)管理部門以前在工作中各自為戰(zhàn)的狀況,通過信息資源管理平臺,建立了有效的工作溝通機(jī)制,減少了重復(fù)聯(lián)絡(luò)情況的發(fā)生,促進(jìn)了院校兩級信息的共建共享,有效提高了基金會的工作質(zhì)量,大大提升了基金會的對外形象。另一方面從浙江大學(xué)教育基金會信息資源管理與建設(shè)的實踐分析也可以覺察到一些影響我國高校教育基金會信息資源管理與建設(shè)的問題。這些問題主要表現(xiàn)為：對基金會信息化建設(shè)的重視度和投入都不夠：信息資源管理制度不夠健全；從業(yè)人員不夠?qū)I(yè)；信息安全和信息公開問題日益突出等 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文歸納出了我國高校教育基金會信息資源建設(shè)的特點,進(jìn)一步提出高校教育基金會信息資源管理建設(shè)的優(yōu)化策略：提高對基金會信息資源管理與建設(shè)的重視程度；建立規(guī)范的基金會信息資源管理制度體系；大力加強(qiáng)基金會信息化工作專業(yè)人員隊伍建設(shè)和加大對基金會信息化建設(shè)的投入。從而為我國高校教育基金會的健康發(fā)展提供有益的參考和咨詢。
[Abstract]:At present, the theoretical research on college education foundation is still in its infancy. This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional archives management and electronic resource management from two aspects of theory and practice. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the information management of the university education foundation, and puts forward the necessity of the information resource management and construction of the university education foundation. This paper chooses Zhejiang University Education Foundation Information Resource Management system as the research object, focusing on the foundation information collection and management system, Foundation Project Management system, The foundation collaborates the work information platform and the foundation website and so on the aspect to carry on the inspection. Through the research, it is found that the construction of the information resource management system of Zhejiang University Educational Foundation solves the situation of the school and the college related development liaison management department in the past work in their own way, through the information resource management platform, It establishes an effective working communication mechanism, reduces the occurrence of repeated contact, promotes the co-construction and sharing of information between the two levels of colleges and universities, effectively improves the working quality of the foundation, and greatly improves the external image of the foundation. On the other hand, from the practical analysis of the management and construction of information resources of Zhejiang University Education Foundation, some problems affecting the management and construction of information resources of educational foundations in our country can be detected. These problems are shown as follows: insufficient attention and input to the information construction of the foundation: the information resource management system is not perfect, the practitioners are not professional enough; On the basis of the increasingly prominent problems of information security and information disclosure, this paper sums up the characteristics of the construction of information resources in the education foundation of colleges and universities in China. Further put forward the optimization strategy of the information resource management construction of university education foundation, raise the degree of attention to the foundation information resource management and construction, establish the standard foundation information resources management system; We will make great efforts to strengthen the construction of professional staff in the foundation's informatization work and increase investment in the foundation's informatization construction. So as to provide useful reference and consultation for the healthy development of college education foundation in China.
