【摘要】：在卓越計(jì)劃的指導(dǎo)下,在結(jié)合多年來校企合作高端工程人才培養(yǎng)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)立了高校和企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,依托校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模型,遵循人才培養(yǎng)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的合理性和科學(xué)性,共同研究制定實(shí)踐教學(xué)培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),共建實(shí)踐課程及校企雙師型師資隊(duì)伍,規(guī)劃實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容,完善人才質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系。通過高等教育與行業(yè)企業(yè)的良性互動(dòng),共同培養(yǎng)了一大批適應(yīng)行業(yè)需求的卓越軟件工程技術(shù)人才,在校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)卓越人才方面進(jìn)行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the Excellence Plan, and on the basis of the successful experience in the training of high-end engineering talents in the cooperation between universities and enterprises over the years, a joint training mechanism between universities and enterprises has been established, and a model for the training of cooperative talents between schools and enterprises has been established. In accordance with the rationality and scientific nature of every link of talent training, we should jointly study and formulate the training standard of practical teaching, build up the practical curriculum and double-qualified teachers team, plan the content of practical teaching, and perfect the evaluation system of talent quality. Through the positive interaction between higher education and industry enterprises, a large number of outstanding software engineers and technicians are trained to meet the needs of the industry, and a beneficial exploration has been made in the joint cultivation of outstanding talents between schools and enterprises.
