高師化學(xué)專業(yè)教育科研能力培養(yǎng)的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著全球性教師專業(yè)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)與我國(guó)素質(zhì)教育改革的不斷深入,全新的課程理念呼喚“研究型教師”的誕生,教育科研素質(zhì)已成為教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)的重要組成部分,教育科研能力已成為一名合格的中小學(xué)教師應(yīng)具備的基礎(chǔ)能力之一。但當(dāng)前,高等師范類院校卻還沒(méi)有意識(shí)到對(duì)于師范生進(jìn)行教育科研能力培養(yǎng)的必要性與重要性,師范生的教育科研能力水平整體性偏低,阻礙了自身的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),更不利于教師教育的發(fā)展。為了改善這一現(xiàn)象,本文提出了師范生的教育科研能力培養(yǎng)這一課題,結(jié)合實(shí)際,以專業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,確定了以高等師范類院;瘜W(xué)專業(yè)師范生的教育科研能力的培養(yǎng)為主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容。在基于大量的文獻(xiàn)搜集與整理的基礎(chǔ)上,將與主要研究?jī)?nèi)容相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了界定,明確了本課題研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。在教師專業(yè)化理論和教師教育一體化理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用個(gè)案研究法,選擇哈爾濱師范大學(xué)為主要研究對(duì)象,并選取教師教育學(xué)院和化學(xué)化工學(xué)院的化學(xué)專業(yè)的師范生為主要調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)訪談及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,掌握了豐富的第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析,得到了當(dāng)前存在于化學(xué)專業(yè)師范生的教育科研能力培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題及其存在的原因,并據(jù)此嘗試提出相應(yīng)的改革策略與建議。本文的研究成果從學(xué)校、課程、教師、師范生自身這四大層面進(jìn)行了闡述,從教育科研意識(shí)、教育科研知識(shí)和教育科研能力這三大維度進(jìn)行了分析,以化學(xué)專業(yè)師范生這一獨(dú)特視角進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)行實(shí)地的訪談及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,根據(jù)實(shí)證調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果分析得出相關(guān)的問(wèn)題、原因,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,在理論和實(shí)踐上都具有一定的意義,充實(shí)了教師教育科研能力的理論性研究,豐富了化學(xué)專業(yè)師范生教育的理論,為化學(xué)專業(yè)的師范生在職前教育階段對(duì)自身教育科研能力的培養(yǎng)及提高提供了一定的參考,對(duì)于師范類院校培養(yǎng)化學(xué)專業(yè)師范生的教育科研能力也具備一定的借鑒性,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性及可行性。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of global teacher specialization and the deepening of quality education reform in China, the new curriculum concept calls for the birth of "research-oriented teachers", and the quality of educational scientific research has become an important part of teachers' professional quality. The ability of educational research has become one of the basic abilities that a qualified primary and secondary school teacher should possess. However, at present, teachers colleges and universities have not realized the necessity and importance of cultivating educational and scientific research ability for normal college students. The level of educational and scientific research ability of normal college students is on the low side, which hinders their professional growth. Is not conducive to the development of teacher education. In order to improve this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the subject of cultivating the educational and scientific research ability of normal school students. The main research content is the cultivation of educational and scientific research ability of chemistry major normal students in normal universities. On the basis of a large amount of literature collection and collation, the concepts related to the main research contents are defined, and the theoretical basis of this research is clarified. Based on the theory of teacher specialization and the theory of integration of teacher education, a case study method is adopted to select Harbin normal University as the main research object. In addition, teachers' college students of chemistry major in teacher education college and chemical college are selected as the main objects of investigation. Through interviews and questionnaires, the author grasps the abundant first-hand data and analyzes the data. The problems existing in the process of cultivating the ability of education and scientific research of chemistry teachers and the reasons are obtained. Based on this, the corresponding reform strategies and suggestions are put forward. The research results of this paper are expounded from the four levels of school, curriculum, teachers and normal students themselves, and analyzed from the three dimensions of educational scientific research consciousness, educational scientific research knowledge and educational scientific research ability. Based on the analysis of the results of the empirical investigation, this paper studies the problems and causes, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, according to the unique perspective of chemical teachers' students, and carries on the field interviews and questionnaires, according to the results of the empirical investigation, the author points out the relevant problems, causes and countermeasures. Both in theory and in practice, it enriches the theoretical research of teachers' educational and scientific research ability, and enriches the theory of normal students' education in chemistry major. It provides a certain reference for the training and improvement of their own educational and scientific research ability in the pre-service education stage of chemistry majors, and it is also useful for teachers' colleges to cultivate the educational and scientific research ability of chemistry major normal students. Have certain innovation and feasibility.
