高校貧困生精神貧困教育救助管理對策研究

【摘要】:隨著高校擴(kuò)招和學(xué)費(fèi)上漲,高校貧困生群體不斷擴(kuò)大。國家高度重視解決高校貧困生上學(xué)難問題,出臺了一系列貧困生幫扶政策,越來越多的貧困生得到了不同形式的資助。經(jīng)濟(jì)上的資助有效緩解了貧困生的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力,對幫助他們完成學(xué)業(yè)起到了重要的作用。然而,國家現(xiàn)有的貧困生資助體系更多的是從經(jīng)濟(jì)上對貧困生進(jìn)行幫扶。對于經(jīng)濟(jì)貧困所導(dǎo)致的貧困生精神上的貧困問題,高校及社會各界缺乏足夠的關(guān)注以及解決措施。許多貧困生存在著不同程度的自卑、敏感、焦慮、嫉妒、抑郁,缺乏自立自強(qiáng)精神、誠信與感恩意識等精神貧困問題。這不但對貧困大學(xué)生的成長成才造成了嚴(yán)重影響,也一定程度上影響了社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。本文在對高校貧困生精神貧困概況和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究對高校貧困生進(jìn)行教育救助管理對策,把“授之以魚”的接濟(jì)式扶貧轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤笆谥詽O”的開發(fā)式扶貧,這不僅是貧困生的迫切要求,更是高校穩(wěn)定和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,是構(gòu)建和諧社會的必然要求。對貧困生精神貧困進(jìn)行教育救助應(yīng)遵循人道主義原則、公平正義原則、促進(jìn)發(fā)展原則、他助與自助相結(jié)合的原則。從宏觀政策角度完善我國高校教育救助管理模式;更新高校貧困生教育救助理念,完善高效貧困生精神貧困教育救助實(shí)施機(jī)制;注重培養(yǎng)貧困生的健全人格,提高就業(yè)競爭力;注重心理健康教育,以促進(jìn)貧困生的人格健康發(fā)展;注重營造校園慈善文化等幾方面著手,做好貧困生精神貧困的教育救助工作。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college enrollment and the increase in tuition fees, the number of poor students in colleges and universities has been expanding. The state attaches great importance to solving the problem of poor students in colleges and universities, and has issued a series of policies to help poor students, and more poor students have received different forms of financial assistance. Financial aid effectively alleviates the financial pressure on poor students and plays an important role in helping them finish their studies. However, the country's existing aid system for poor students is more economic to help poor students. As for the problem of poor students' mental poverty caused by economic poverty, colleges and universities and all walks of life lack sufficient attention and solutions. Many poor students have some problems such as inferiority complex, sensitivity, anxiety, jealousy, depression, lack of self-reliance, honesty and gratitude. This not only has a serious impact on the growth of poor college students, but also affects the social harmony and stability to some extent. Based on the general situation and analysis of the mental poverty of the impoverished college students, this paper studies the countermeasures of educational aid management for the poor students in colleges and universities, and transforms the aid-in-aid mode of "teaching them with fish" to the development-oriented poverty alleviation of "teaching them to fish". This is not only the urgent demand of poor students, but also the need of stable and sustainable development of colleges and universities, and the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society. The principles of humanitarianism, fairness and justice, promotion of development, and the combination of aid and self-help should be followed in education and relief of poor students' mental poverty. From the angle of macro policy, we should perfect the management mode of education aid in colleges and universities, renew the idea of education aid for poor students in colleges and universities, perfect the implementation mechanism of high efficiency education aid for poor students in spirit, pay attention to cultivating the sound personality of poor students, and improve the competitiveness of employment. Pay attention to the mental health education in order to promote the healthy development of the personality of the poor students, pay attention to the construction of the campus charity culture and other aspects to do a good job in the education and relief work of the poor students' mental poverty.
