【摘要】：高等教育分流具有促進社會成員合理分層流動的功能,但近年來這種功能愈來愈被社會質疑。本研究以H省為例,以新中國成立后高校畢業(yè)生為整體樣本,選取該省政、事、企系統(tǒng)2400人進行調研,從"流源"、"流量"、"流層"、"流型"、"流域"、"流向"等八個方面分析了高等教育分流影響社會分層流動的現狀。研究發(fā)現,高等教育在促進社會成員合理分層流動上做出了較大貢獻。但從歷史比較看,目前還存在著中下收入家庭的社會成員接受優(yōu)質高等教育的機會正逐漸減少,學生在不同層次、形式、類型、地區(qū)間的高等教育流轉困難,學科專業(yè)設置與社會需求脫節(jié)、學生"重分輕能"、"重學輕用",以及修業(yè)年限過長、且缺乏彈性等諸多問題。這些問題的出現,既有政府體制政策和社會文化氛圍的外部制約,也有高教分流行為和學生職業(yè)追求的內部影響,是內外部因素共同作用的結果。
[Abstract]:Higher education diversion has the function of promoting the reasonable stratified flow of social members, but in recent years, this function has been questioned more and more by the society. This research takes H province as an example, takes the university graduates after the founding of New China as the overall sample, selects the provincial government, affairs, enterprise system 2400 people to carry on the investigation and research. This paper analyzes the current situation of the influence of higher education diversion on social stratified flow from eight aspects, such as "stream source", "flow rate", "flow layer", "flow pattern", "watershed" and "flow direction". The research finds that higher education has made great contribution to promoting the reasonable stratification flow of social members. However, in terms of historical comparison, there are still social members of middle and lower income families who are gradually reducing their chances of receiving quality higher education. Students have difficulty in the transfer of higher education at different levels, forms, types, and regions. The arrangement of discipline and specialty is out of touch with the social demand. The students pay more attention to the division of ability than to the ability, to the study and to the use, as well as to the long years of study, the lack of flexibility and so on. The emergence of these problems is the result of internal and external factors as well as the external constraints of government system policies and social and cultural atmosphere as well as the internal influence of higher education diversion behavior and students' career pursuit.
