【摘要】：當(dāng)前的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,起因于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不平衡,是投資、出口導(dǎo)向型經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展和高等教育擴(kuò)招背景下的一種暫時性現(xiàn)象。高校畢業(yè)生供給與社會需求矛盾的產(chǎn)生,伴隨著后金融危機(jī)時代經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變能夠逐步解決,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型為大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題解決提供了契機(jī)。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of obtaining employment for college graduates is due to the imbalance of economic structure in our country. It is a temporary phenomenon under the background of investment, export-oriented economy development and enrollment expansion of higher education. With the emergence of the contradiction between the supply of college graduates and the social demand, the transformation of economic structure can be solved step by step in the post-financial crisis era, and the transformation of economic structure provides an opportunity to solve the employment problem of college students.
