【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、院校日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及高等教育國際化趨勢(shì)不斷加劇,我國高校傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已經(jīng)難以有效地應(yīng)對(duì)日益復(fù)雜的高等教育問題。高校管理模式的好壞、效能的高低將直接影響到高校教育質(zhì)量,而高校教育質(zhì)量的高低也會(huì)影響到高校的社會(huì)影響力甚至生存問題。因此,探索一種高效的、能夠適應(yīng)當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展潮流的高校管理模式是我們教育工作者及研究人員亟待解決的一道難題。PDCA循環(huán)理論是全面質(zhì)量管理體系的基本方法,其大環(huán)套小套、小環(huán)保大環(huán)、促進(jìn)大循環(huán)以及階梯式前進(jìn)、螺旋式上升的特點(diǎn),有利于更有效、高效的實(shí)現(xiàn)工作目標(biāo)。高校管理應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)模式,經(jīng)過P-D-C-A四環(huán)節(jié)的工作,提出解決問題的計(jì)劃方案,進(jìn)行周密的組織實(shí)施,并對(duì)實(shí)施過程進(jìn)行全過程的檢查考核,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),從而達(dá)到持續(xù)改進(jìn)和提高管理質(zhì)量、效率的目的。本論文的第一章主要介紹研究的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀以及研究的思路、方法。第二章闡述了PDCA循環(huán)理論的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)以及相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章是PDCA循環(huán)模式在我國高校管理中的應(yīng)用分析,闡述了當(dāng)前我國高校管理中存在的諸多問題,分析了PDCA循環(huán)模式在我國高校管理中必要性和可行性,以及基于PDCA循環(huán)模式的高校管理方法。第四章是以南昌大學(xué)撫州醫(yī)學(xué)院為例,實(shí)證研究PDCA循環(huán)模式在高校管理中的應(yīng)用。第五章為結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy, the increasingly fierce competition of colleges and universities and the trend of internationalization of higher education, the traditional management mode of higher education in our country has been unable to effectively deal with the increasingly complex problems of higher education. The quality of university management mode and the level of efficiency will directly affect the quality of university education, and the quality of university education will also affect the social influence and even the survival of the university. Therefore, it is a difficult problem for our educators and researchers to explore an efficient and suitable management model for colleges and universities that can adapt to the current social development trend. PDCA cycle theory is the basic method of total quality management system. It has the characteristics of large loop, small environmental protection and big ring, which can promote the progress of large circulation and step by step, and spiral rise, which is helpful to realize the work goal more effectively and efficiently. The management of colleges and universities applies PDCA cycle mode, through the work of P-D-C-A four links, puts forward the plan scheme to solve the problem, carries on the thorough organization and implementation, and carries on the entire process inspection examination to the implementation process, summarizes the experience and lessons, In order to achieve continuous improvement and improve the quality of management, the purpose of efficiency. The first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas, methods. The second chapter describes the connotation, characteristics and related theoretical basis of PDCA cycle theory. The third chapter is the application analysis of PDCA circulation mode in the university management of our country, expounds many problems existing in the university management of our country at present, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the PDCA circulation mode in the university management of our country. And the university management method based on PDCA cycle mode. The fourth chapter takes Fuzhou Medical College of Nanchang University as an example to empirically study the application of PDCA cycle mode in university management. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
