【摘要】：保留工資和失業(yè)持續(xù)時(shí)間是工作搜尋理論的兩個(gè)重要議題。目前有關(guān)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生保留工資對(duì)失業(yè)持續(xù)時(shí)間的影響研究尚無(wú)定論。本文利用持續(xù)時(shí)間模型考察了保留工資落差對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生失業(yè)持續(xù)時(shí)間的影響,主要發(fā)現(xiàn)有:(1)87%的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)中存在較大的保留工資落差,即工資期望被高估了41%;(2)其他影響因素既定時(shí),大學(xué)畢業(yè)生保留工資落差每增長(zhǎng)1%,實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)的概率就下降0.21%,預(yù)期的失業(yè)持續(xù)時(shí)間將延長(zhǎng)0.14%;(3)規(guī)模參數(shù)估計(jì)顯示α=1.4991,表明大學(xué)畢業(yè)生找到工作的概率隨著失業(yè)持續(xù)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而增加。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)共同表明:大學(xué)畢業(yè)生仍需要對(duì)保留工資和失業(yè)持續(xù)時(shí)間進(jìn)行權(quán)衡并作出理性選擇。
[Abstract]:Retention of wages and duration of unemployment are two important issues in job search theory. At present, there is no conclusion on the effect of college graduates' retention wages on the duration of unemployment. In this paper, we use the duration model to investigate the effect of the retention wage gap on the unemployment duration of college graduates. It is found that there is a large retention wage gap in the employment of 1% or 87% of the graduates. That is, when the wage expectation is overestimated by 41% / 2) other influential factors are established, For every increase in the gap of college graduates' wages, the probability of achieving employment decreases by 0.21, and the expected duration of unemployment will be prolonged by 0.14%. The estimation of the scale parameters shows that the probability of college graduates finding jobs increases with the prolongation of the duration of unemployment. Together, these findings suggest that college graduates still need to weigh the retention of wages against the duration of unemployment and make rational choices.
