【摘要】：實(shí)踐育人是提高高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。許多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家高校的教育理念都經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由重理論到日益關(guān)注實(shí)踐育人價(jià)值的演變過(guò)程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索出一系列保障實(shí)踐育人得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的具體措施。我國(guó)高校應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)實(shí)踐育人價(jià)值的認(rèn)識(shí),堅(jiān)持多元性與導(dǎo)向性相結(jié)合原則,努力使實(shí)踐育人制度化、規(guī)范化,并著力構(gòu)建政府、社會(huì)共同參與的良好育人氛圍,推動(dòng)高校實(shí)踐育人取得新成效。
[Abstract]:Practical education is an important link to improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. The educational concept of colleges and universities in many developed countries has gone through a process from emphasizing theory to paying more and more attention to the value of practical education, and on this basis has explored a series of concrete measures to guarantee the realization of practical education. Colleges and universities in our country should further strengthen their understanding of the value of practical education, adhere to the principle of combining pluralism and guidance, make efforts to institutionalize and standardize the practice of educating people, and make great efforts to build a good atmosphere of educating people with the participation of the government and the society. Promote the practice of colleges and universities to achieve new results.
