【摘要】:1927年至1937年國(guó)立中央大學(xué)完成了從組建到“中央化”的進(jìn)程。在此進(jìn)程中校內(nèi)不同學(xué)術(shù)思想、人際派別之間的矛盾,校外多重政治力量的干預(yù)使學(xué)校風(fēng)潮不斷,易長(zhǎng)風(fēng)潮是各類(lèi)風(fēng)潮的集結(jié)點(diǎn),校長(zhǎng)的更迭沉浮取決于校長(zhǎng)的角色定位。校長(zhǎng)在學(xué)術(shù)角色與政治角色之間的偏向與平橫決定了其在這所學(xué)術(shù)、政治兩方面都極其敏感的大學(xué)中的價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文研究這十年中在易長(zhǎng)風(fēng)潮中成功就任校長(zhǎng)一職的張乃燕、朱家驊、羅家倫三位校長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)角色與政治角色的處理。1927年至1937年是國(guó)立中央大學(xué)由一所地方高校重組為一所中央高校的重要轉(zhuǎn)型期。在這十年中,國(guó)立中央大學(xué)更換了七任校長(zhǎng),只有張乃燕、朱家驊和羅家倫三位校長(zhǎng)成功就任并治校。本研究以這三位校長(zhǎng)的任職、在職、離職為脈絡(luò),通過(guò)長(zhǎng)校期間的治校措施來(lái)剖析這三位校長(zhǎng)的在政治角色和學(xué)術(shù)角色之間的偏向與平衡。本文分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的權(quán)力與角色。論述大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)權(quán)力與角色的來(lái)源與分化;第二部分“中央化”困境中的校長(zhǎng)角色選擇與偏向。在國(guó)立中央大學(xué)“中央化”的背景之下,論述首任校長(zhǎng)張乃燕偏“學(xué)”弱“政”和朱家驊校長(zhǎng)的以“政”治“學(xué)”;第三部分羅家倫出長(zhǎng)國(guó)立中央大學(xué)。在實(shí)現(xiàn)“中央化”的同時(shí),也一定程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)了校長(zhǎng)角色“學(xué)”與“政”的平衡;第四部分“中央化”過(guò)程中校長(zhǎng)政治與學(xué)術(shù)角色的“選擇”與“被選擇”。論述校長(zhǎng)治校中角色偏向的主觀選擇以及政府、師生對(duì)校長(zhǎng)角色的客觀選擇;第五部分歷史與啟示。從國(guó)立中央大學(xué)這三位校長(zhǎng)的角色偏向與平衡中獲得對(duì)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)角色學(xué)術(shù)與政治平衡的歷史啟示。本文通過(guò)對(duì)該時(shí)期的國(guó)立中央大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)角色分析中得出以下結(jié)論:1.學(xué)術(shù)角色和政治角色是大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)不可避免的兩大角色,對(duì)于大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)而言,這兩種角色的存在是一種必然,因此,問(wèn)題不在于大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)是否要扮演這兩種角色,而是如何扮演和能否很好地平衡這兩種角色。2.大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的學(xué)術(shù)角色與政治角色之間存在著角色沖突,同樣,兩種角色之間也可以獲得角色平衡。行走于兩種角色之間的大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)可能會(huì)偏向于其中某一角色,但相對(duì)而言?xún)煞N角色的平衡會(huì)更有利于大學(xué)發(fā)展。3.大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的角色選擇一方面受政治環(huán)境影響,另一方面也取決于校長(zhǎng)本身,因此,應(yīng)從國(guó)家政策環(huán)境及校長(zhǎng)自身價(jià)值取向兩方面平衡學(xué)術(shù)角色與政治角色的“選擇”與“被選擇”。
[Abstract]:From 1927 to 1937, the National Central University completed the process from formation to centralization. In this process, different academic thoughts, contradictions between interpersonal factions, interference of many political forces outside school make the school tide keep, easy trend is the gathering point of all kinds of trends, and the change and ups of principals depends on the principal's role orientation. The president's bias between academic and political roles determines the realization of his value in this academic and politically sensitive university. This paper studies Zhang Naiyan, Zhu Jiahua, who succeeded in taking up the post of president during the past ten years in Yi Chang's storm. From 1927 to 1937, the National Central University was transformed from a local university to a central university. In this decade, the National Central University has replaced seven presidents, only Zhang Naiyan, Zhu Jiahua and Luo Jialun succeeded in taking office and running the school. This study analyzes the bias and balance between the political role and academic role of the three principals through the school management measures during the long school period in the context of serving, serving and leaving the posts of these three principals. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the power and role of university president. This paper discusses the origin and differentiation of university presidents' power and role, the second part, the choice and deviation of president's role in the dilemma of centralization. Under the background of "centralization" of National Central University, this paper discusses that Zhang Naiyan, the first president, was partial to "weak" politics "and Zhu Jiahua's" governance "; the third part is Luo Jialun's" long National Central University ". At the same time, the balance between "learning" and "politics" of principal's role is realized to some extent, and the "choice" and "being chosen" of principal's political and academic role in the process of "centralization". This paper discusses the subjective choice of the role bias of the principal in the school administration and the objective choice of the principal's role by the government and the teachers and students. The fifth part is the history and enlightenment. The historical enlightenment to the academic and political balance of the role of modern university presidents is obtained from the role bias and balance of the three presidents of the National Central University. By analyzing the role of president of National Central University in this period, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1. The academic role and the political role are the two inevitable roles of the university president. For the university president, the existence of these two roles is inevitable. Therefore, the question is not whether the university president should play these two roles. But how to play and whether to balance these two roles. 2. There is a conflict of roles between the academic and political roles of university presidents. A university president who walks between two roles may be inclined to one of them, but the balance of the two roles will be more favorable to the development of the university. On the one hand, the role of a university president is influenced by the political environment, on the other hand, it also depends on the president himself. It is necessary to balance the "choice" and "being chosen" between academic and political roles in terms of the national policy environment and the principal's own value orientation.
