【摘要】:隨著我國社會(huì)的發(fā)展以及高等教育體制改革的深入,全國高校招生大規(guī)模擴(kuò)張,,在校大學(xué)生人數(shù)劇增,導(dǎo)致畢業(yè)生就業(yè)面臨巨大的競爭與挑戰(zhàn),就業(yè)形勢(shì)非常嚴(yán)峻。因此,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,已成為高校就業(yè)工作的重大難題,而其作為一個(gè)社會(huì)問題,也成為全社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。通過開設(shè)《大學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課》(本文簡稱為“就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課),加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃輔導(dǎo)與求職擇業(yè)指導(dǎo),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)及求職能力,提高他們的核心就業(yè)競爭力,幫助他們解決順利就業(yè)及走好未來職場之路,也逐漸成為各高等院校就業(yè)工作的核心內(nèi)容,醫(yī)學(xué)院校也不例外。 目前廣東有8所高等醫(yī)學(xué)本科院校,各高校在就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)要求、師資狀況等各不相同,存在著較多的問題,推進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程建設(shè)改革勢(shì)在必行。因此,積極探討醫(yī)學(xué)院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程建設(shè),構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、規(guī)范并有良好可操作性、實(shí)效的課程體系,不管是在研究理論價(jià)值方面,還是在實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)方面,都具有非�,F(xiàn)實(shí)的意義,是一個(gè)值得研究的課題。 本課題在現(xiàn)有研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)省內(nèi)的醫(yī)學(xué)院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查研究,分析了當(dāng)前廣東省醫(yī)學(xué)院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課普遍存在的問題與困境,提出現(xiàn)階段加強(qiáng)醫(yī)學(xué)院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程建設(shè)的相關(guān)對(duì)策與構(gòu)想,并為下一步的課程建設(shè)改革提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society and the deepening of the reform of the higher education system, the enrollment of colleges and universities in China has expanded on a large scale, and the number of college students has increased dramatically. As a result, the employment of graduates is facing enormous competition and challenges, and the employment situation is very severe. Therefore, the difficulty of obtaining employment for college graduates has become a major problem in the employment of colleges and universities, and as a social problem, it has become one of the focal points of the whole society. Through setting up "career Development and Employment guidance course for College students" (this paper is referred to as "Employment guidance course", we should strengthen students' career planning and career guidance, train students' professional accomplishment and job-seeking ability. To improve their core employment competitiveness, to help them solve the problem of smooth employment and to take a good road to the future career, has gradually become the core content of the employment work of colleges and universities. Medical colleges and universities are no exception. At present, there are 8 undergraduate medical colleges in Guangdong. The curriculum, teaching methods, teaching requirements, and the status of teachers in employment guidance courses are different in each university, and there are many problems. It is imperative to promote the reform of employment guidance curriculum construction in medical colleges and universities. Therefore, we should actively explore the curriculum construction, system, science, standardization and good maneuverability and effectiveness of the curriculum of employment guidance in medical colleges and universities, whether in the research of theoretical value or in the aspect of practical guidance. On the basis of the existing research literature, this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the current situation of the construction of employment guidance courses in medical colleges and universities in the province. This paper analyzes on the problems and difficulties existing in the employment guidance courses of medical colleges in Guangdong Province at present, puts forward the relevant countermeasures and ideas for strengthening the construction of employment guidance courses in medical colleges and universities at the present stage, and provides the theoretical basis for the next curriculum construction reform.
