印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策問題研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和人口的迅速增長,印尼國家逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)對(duì)提高國家生產(chǎn)力,增強(qiáng)國家綜合國力,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新和促進(jìn)就業(yè)方面的巨大作用。大學(xué)生畢業(yè)生是社會(huì)的知識(shí)新生力量,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè),有利于解決社會(huì)的基本問題,同時(shí)將新知識(shí)和高科技應(yīng)用于創(chuàng)業(yè)給了創(chuàng)業(yè)成效更多的保障。國家的創(chuàng)業(yè)政策對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)又有很大的影響力,好的政策可以順利推動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的開展,制定和完善大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策有助于社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。本論文的寫作內(nèi)容就是對(duì)印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析研究并提出改善對(duì)策和建議。論文寫作過程中,首先在中國了解中國的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的相關(guān)政策,而后回到印尼進(jìn)行一系列的資料搜集,搜集內(nèi)容包括印尼的概括,創(chuàng)業(yè)政策現(xiàn)狀、政策具體內(nèi)容等信息。所有資料收集后,筆者在對(duì)材料的整理過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的政策問題,在論文中也對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出了一些自己的看法和建議。論文的第一部分是緒論部分,主要內(nèi)容是對(duì)本論文研究的背景、意義、內(nèi)容、方法和目標(biāo)做了綜述,也總結(jié)了前人對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的研究成果。第二部分是對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的有關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述,文中對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)以及創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的概念進(jìn)行描述,并討論了創(chuàng)業(yè)政策與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的關(guān)系。這個(gè)部分的的寫作目的,旨在對(duì)全文分析的內(nèi)容一個(gè)理論性的指導(dǎo)。第三部分,是對(duì)國外大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)政策進(jìn)行分析,其中主要分析了作者較為熟悉的中國的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展的先驅(qū)英國,中國是發(fā)展中國家,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)關(guān)注起步晚但發(fā)展快,英國作為發(fā)達(dá)國家的代表,可以了解到國際上先進(jìn)的政策觀念,對(duì)這兩個(gè)國家的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策進(jìn)行分析,為筆者分析印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)提供了重要的參考價(jià)值。本論文的重點(diǎn)在第四部分。第四部分中,筆者對(duì)印尼國家大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策現(xiàn)狀展開了全面調(diào)查,從印尼國家的基本情況和社會(huì)背景入手,討論了印尼目前失業(yè)就業(yè)的情況,引出了印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要性,并對(duì)印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策,從教育政策,金融政策和培訓(xùn)政策三個(gè)方面做了仔細(xì)的描述,從中分析印尼大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策存在的三個(gè)問題。論文的第五部分對(duì)第四部分指出的問題提出了自己的建議,完善了論文。論文第六部分對(duì)全文研究的不足和未來研究做了簡要的說明。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the rapid growth of population, the Indonesian country has gradually realized the great role of entrepreneurial activities in improving the national productivity, enhancing the national comprehensive national strength, realizing innovation and promoting employment. College graduates are the new strength of knowledge in the society, promote college students' entrepreneurship, help solve the basic problems of society, at the same time, the application of new knowledge and high technology in entrepreneurship gives more protection to entrepreneurial effectiveness. National entrepreneurship policy has great influence on entrepreneurial activities, good policies can smoothly promote the development of entrepreneurial activities, and the formulation and improvement of entrepreneurial policies for college students is conducive to social stability and development. The content of this thesis is to investigate and analyze the entrepreneurship policy of Indonesian college students and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. In the process of writing the thesis, we first understand the relevant policies of Chinese college students' entrepreneurship in China, and then return to Indonesia to collect a series of information, including the summary of Indonesia, the status quo of entrepreneurship policy, the specific content of the policy, and so on. After all the data collection, the author found some policy problems of Indonesian college students' entrepreneurship in the process of sorting out the materials, and also put forward some views and suggestions on the problems found in the paper. The first part of the paper is the introduction part, the main content is the background, significance, content, methods and objectives of this paper, and also summarizes the previous research results on the entrepreneurship policy of college students. The second part is to expound the related theories of college students' entrepreneurship policy, describe the concepts of entrepreneurship, college students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship policy, and discuss the relationship between entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial activities. The purpose of this part is to give a theoretical guidance to the content of the full text analysis. The third part is an analysis of the entrepreneurship policy of foreign college students, in which the author is familiar with the entrepreneurship policy of Chinese college students and the pioneer of the development of college students' entrepreneurship. China is a developing country. As a representative of developed countries, Britain, as a representative of developed countries, can understand the advanced international policy concepts and analyze the entrepreneurship policies of college students in these two countries. It provides an important reference value for the author to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Indonesian university students' entrepreneurship policy. The emphasis of this paper is in the fourth part. In the fourth part, the author carries out a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of national university students' entrepreneurship policy in Indonesia, starting with the basic situation and social background of the country, discusses the current situation of unemployment and employment in Indonesia. This paper introduces the importance of entrepreneurship among Indonesian college students, and makes a careful description of the entrepreneurship policy of Indonesian college students from three aspects: education policy, financial policy and training policy, and analyzes the three problems existing in the entrepreneurship policy of Indonesian college students. The fifth part of the paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems pointed out in the fourth part and perfects the paper. The sixth part gives a brief explanation of the deficiency and future research.
