【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化器作為一條連接社會與學(xué)校的紐帶,可讓學(xué)生迅速接觸并融入社會,為學(xué)生的自主創(chuàng)業(yè)奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)。以A大學(xué)注冊成立的某創(chuàng)業(yè)公司為研究對象,運用問卷調(diào)查和訪談法進行研究,探討了科技創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化器對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的績效影響。依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,針對該創(chuàng)業(yè)公司的經(jīng)營模式、成效及問題進行了分析并提出建議,以促進大學(xué)生更好地就業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:As a link between society and school, business incubator can make students quickly contact and integrate into society, and lay a solid foundation for students to start their own business. Taking a start-up company registered in University A as the research object, this paper studies the effect of the incubator of science and technology on the performance of college students' entrepreneurship by questionnaire and interview. Based on the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the business model, effectiveness and problems of the venture company and puts forward some suggestions to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students.
