改革開放以來新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院發(fā)展歷程研究

【摘要】:筆者通過對(duì)改革開放以來至今新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院發(fā)展歷程的調(diào)查研究,分別從師資隊(duì)伍,課程設(shè)置,科研項(xiàng)目,工作機(jī)構(gòu),學(xué)術(shù)研究等諸多方面著手,分別對(duì)不同時(shí)期的美術(shù)教育進(jìn)行研究和分析。從建美術(shù)系初期,到發(fā)展成美術(shù)學(xué)院,從招收專科學(xué)生,到發(fā)展成招收本科學(xué)生;從新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)設(shè)立第一個(gè)美術(shù)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn),到至今的跨專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位點(diǎn)的建設(shè),新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院得到了空前的發(fā)展。新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院的崛起,在新疆美術(shù)教育界有著特殊的意義,這表明美術(shù)教育工作者們突破了舊的觀念束縛,自覺的進(jìn)入現(xiàn)代文化的行列中,同時(shí)美術(shù)學(xué)院作為全疆師資力量培養(yǎng)的主力軍,為全疆乃至全國(guó)的高等教育事業(yè)培養(yǎng)與輸送大量的人才。從1978年成立至今,新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院已經(jīng)歷經(jīng)30多年的歷程,成為新疆高校美術(shù)專業(yè)的優(yōu)質(zhì)品牌,受到區(qū)內(nèi)外廣泛關(guān)注。本文通過對(duì)新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行思考與回憶,綜合時(shí)代背景,對(duì)學(xué)院資料的收集與整合,對(duì)每個(gè)時(shí)期重要人物的訪談,歷經(jīng)30多年的辦學(xué)發(fā)展歷程,以及積極投身美術(shù)教育事業(yè)的工作者做一梳理與整合。從中去總結(jié)他們對(duì)美術(shù)教育事業(yè)的觀點(diǎn)與看法,提取經(jīng)驗(yàn)與價(jià)值,乃至對(duì)全疆美術(shù)教育事業(yè)做出的重大貢獻(xiàn),這些都值得本人研究和分析。同時(shí)從新疆師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院的教育史出發(fā),對(duì)美術(shù)學(xué)院做一統(tǒng)計(jì)與梳理,從而對(duì)未來的發(fā)展提供了較為準(zhǔn)確的理論基礎(chǔ)與史實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and research on the course of development of the Fine Arts College of Xinjiang normal University since the reform and opening up to date, the author starts from many aspects, such as teaching staff, curriculum, scientific research projects, working institutions, academic research, and so on. Art education in different periods of research and analysis. From the beginning of the establishment of the Department of Fine Arts to the development of the Academy of Fine Arts, from the admission of specialized students to the development of undergraduate students; from the establishment of the first master's degree in fine arts in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, to the construction of the interdisciplinary doctoral degree points up to now. The College of Fine Arts of Xinjiang normal University has been developed unprecedentedly. The rise of the Academy of Fine Arts of Xinjiang normal University has special significance in the field of art education in Xinjiang, which shows that art educators have broken through the shackles of old concepts and consciously entered the ranks of modern culture. At the same time, the Academy of Fine Arts, as the main force for the cultivation of teachers in Xinjiang, trains and conveys a large number of talents for the cause of higher education in Xinjiang and even the whole country. Since its establishment in 1978, the Academy of Fine Arts of Xinjiang normal University has gone through more than 30 years of history, and has become a high-quality brand of fine arts major in Xinjiang colleges and universities, and has received extensive attention both inside and outside the region. Through thinking and recalling the development course of the fine arts college of Xinjiang normal University, synthesizing the background of the times, collecting and integrating the data of the college, and interviewing the important figures in each period, this paper has experienced more than 30 years of the development of running a school. And actively engaged in art education workers to do a combing and integration. To sum up their views on the cause of art education, to extract experience and value, and even to make great contributions to the cause of fine arts education in Xinjiang, these are worthy of my research and analysis. At the same time, starting from the history of education in the Academy of Fine Arts of Xinjiang normal University, this paper makes a statistic and combing of the Academy of Fine Arts, thus providing a more accurate theoretical basis and historical data for the future development.
