【摘要】：青年自組織是指青年自發(fā)成立、自主運(yùn)營、具備一定規(guī)模的青年非政府組織。高校青年自組織是當(dāng)今高校青年群體中出現(xiàn)的一種新的組織和集結(jié)方式，與其他非營利組織相比，具有自發(fā)自治、目標(biāo)多元、活動靈活等特點(diǎn)。高校中主要存在著興趣愛好型、學(xué)術(shù)研究型、情感交流型、公益服務(wù)型、利益互惠型等類型。青年自組織作為用來聯(lián)系和聚集青年的媒介，豐富了高校思想政治教育工作的內(nèi)涵，它的興起和發(fā)展對于滿足高校青年多樣化交往需要，樹立正確的思想政治教育價值導(dǎo)向、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生心理健康、拓展綜合素質(zhì)、傳播大學(xué)精神與公民意識，對高校思想政治教育工作的開展，引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我教育促進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長，促進(jìn)公民社會的健康有序發(fā)展與社會和諧都有著積極的促進(jìn)作用。目前，高校青年自組織的社會影響力逐漸擴(kuò)大、社會作用日益凸顯，總體上講是健康向上的。但在現(xiàn)階段，由于高校所處的外部環(huán)境復(fù)雜，高校青年自組織在發(fā)展中存在著商業(yè)性和功利性等不良傾向，很多青年自組織仍然呈現(xiàn)為一種松散的組合，，處于一種過渡的狀態(tài)，發(fā)展方向尚不明確，給高校思想政治教育工作帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。新時期，高校要充分重視對大學(xué)生青年自組織的規(guī)范和引導(dǎo)，使其發(fā)揮積極作用，制定相應(yīng)措施，大力培育先進(jìn)的高校青年自組織，鼓勵青年自組織內(nèi)部治理，突出高校青年自組織初步社會化方面的作用，鼓勵高校青年自組織加強(qiáng)與校外社區(qū)和企業(yè)的聯(lián)系，促進(jìn)高校青年自組織健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Youth self-organization is a kind of youth non-governmental organization, which is set up spontaneously, operated independently and has a certain scale. Self-organization of college youth is a new way of organizing and gathering in the youth group of colleges and universities. Compared with other non-profit organizations, it has the characteristics of spontaneous autonomy, multi-objective, flexible activities, and so on. There are several types of interest and interest, academic research, emotional exchange, public service and mutual benefit in colleges and universities. The youth self-organization, as a medium used to connect and gather young people, enriches the connotation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Its rise and development can meet the needs of diverse exchanges among young people in colleges and universities, and set up a correct value orientation of ideological and political education. To promote college students' mental health, to expand their comprehensive quality, to spread the spirit of university and civic consciousness, to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to guide college students to carry out self-education to promote the healthy growth of college students. To promote the healthy and orderly development of civil society and social harmony have a positive role in promoting. At present, the social influence of youth self-organization in colleges and universities is gradually expanded, the social role is increasingly prominent, generally speaking, it is healthy and upward. However, at the present stage, because of the complex external environment in which colleges and universities are located, there are negative tendencies such as commercial and utilitarian in the development of youth self-organization in colleges and universities. Many young people's self-organization is still presented as a loose combination and in a transitional state. The direction of development is still unclear, which brings new challenges to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the new era, colleges and universities should pay full attention to the norms and guidance of the youth self-organization of college students, make it play an active role, formulate corresponding measures, vigorously cultivate advanced youth self-organization in colleges and universities, and encourage youth self-organization internal governance. In order to promote the healthy development of youth self-organization in colleges and universities, we should emphasize the primary socialization of youth self-organization in colleges and universities, encourage them to strengthen their ties with the community and enterprises outside school, and promote the healthy development of youth self-organization in colleges and universities.
