【摘要】： 近年來,隨著高校的快速發(fā)展與改革,特別是后勤社會(huì)化和學(xué)分制改革后,高校學(xué)生教育管理從以院系、班級(jí)為主的傳統(tǒng)模式逐漸向以學(xué)生生活區(qū)為主的學(xué)生社區(qū)模式轉(zhuǎn)變,學(xué)生社區(qū)成為課堂之外對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的重要陣地。因此,加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治工作,已成為新形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生思想政治工作的戰(zhàn)略要求與必然選擇。現(xiàn)階段研究者雖認(rèn)識(shí)到高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育的重要性,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,但研究基本上都處于理論層面,缺乏實(shí)證研究的支撐,且研究分散不成系統(tǒng)。筆者通過問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)別走訪、資料分析等方法,開展了大量的調(diào)查研究與分析工作。本文在借鑒他人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,將理論與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合,深入探討了高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育的若干問題,以指導(dǎo)學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育工作實(shí)踐,改進(jìn)并提高新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)高校學(xué)生思想政治教育水平,促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面、健康發(fā)展,并進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展大學(xué)生思想政治教育理論。 本文首先分析了組成學(xué)生社區(qū)的基本要素、高校學(xué)生社區(qū)形成的條件、高校學(xué)生社區(qū)的特點(diǎn)、高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的基本內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而探討了高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的特點(diǎn)和加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育的重要性；其次,在湖南某高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育實(shí)例研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育工作存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了分析和探討；最后,探討了加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)思想政治教育工作的具體途徑。通過這些途徑,進(jìn)一步有效加強(qiáng)我國(guó)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)的思想政治教育工作,改進(jìn)并提高新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)高校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作水平,促進(jìn)高校學(xué)生全面、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development and reform of colleges and universities, especially after the socialization of logistics and the reform of credit system, the traditional mode of student education management in colleges, departments and classes has gradually changed to the model of student community based on students' living area. Student community has become an important position for ideological and political education outside the classroom. Therefore, strengthening the ideological and political work of college students' community has become the strategic requirement and inevitable choice of college students' ideological and political work under the new situation. Although the researchers realize the importance of the ideological and political education of college students, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, the research is basically in the theoretical level, lack of the support of empirical research, and the research is not systematic. The author carried out a great deal of investigation and analysis by means of questionnaire, individual visit, data analysis and so on. Based on the research results of others, this paper combines the theory with the empirical research, and probes into some problems of the ideological and political education of the college students' community in order to guide the practice of the ideological and political education of the students' community. To improve and improve the level of ideological and political education of college students in China under the new situation, to promote the all-round and healthy development of students, and to further enrich and develop the theory of ideological and political education of college students. This paper first analyzes the basic elements of forming the student community, the conditions for the formation of the college student community, the characteristics of the university student community, the basic connotation of the ideological and political education work of the college student community. Then it discusses the characteristics of the ideological and political education of college students' community and the importance of strengthening the ideological and political education of college students' community. Secondly, on the basis of a case study on the ideological and political education of students' community in a certain university in Hunan, This paper analyzes and probes into the main problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students in the community, and finally, probes into the concrete ways to strengthen the ideological and political education in the community of college students. Through these ways, we can further strengthen the ideological and political education work of college students' community in our country, improve and improve the level of ideological and political education of college students in our country under the new situation, and promote the all-round and healthy development of college students.
