大學校園文化的制度育人問題研究

【摘要】:大學校園文化所包含的各種制度均有育人價值。該制度,既是一種教育資源,又是一種育人文化過程。在制度的形成、制定、執(zhí)行過程中,可傳承著大學的文化精神,發(fā)揚著大學的校風、學風與教風精髓,可使受教育者養(yǎng)成良好的校園文化生活方式。大學校園文化中的制度建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新,可進一步加強和推進高校思想政治教育工作,鞏固思想政治教育成果,豐富思想政治教育方式。 大學校園文化的制度育人問題已逐漸引起人們的關(guān)注。作為高校思想政治教育工作重要的育人途徑,該制度正不斷豐富和發(fā)展著思想政治教育的育人資源和方式。從培養(yǎng)有“社會責任感、創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力”[1]的校園文化制度設(shè)計出發(fā),思考制度育人的價值取向,符合立德樹人的思路。開展大學校園文化的制度創(chuàng)新,利于提升大學生的綜合素質(zhì)。探索校園文化的制度育人創(chuàng)新問題,可拓寬思想政治教育方式,延展思想政治教育渠道,將思想政治教育的導向要求制度化,具有重要的教育學意義。 大學校園文化的制度育人研究,是思想政治教育學關(guān)注的育人方法論問題之一。本文依托馬克思主義哲學的方法論基礎(chǔ),以思想政治教育學的基本理論為起點,注意從教育學、文化學和制度倫理學等學科中汲取營養(yǎng),從顯性與隱性制度視角,分析大學校園文化的制度資源、制度活動、制度生活對育人的影響。通過文獻研究法,研讀相關(guān)理論文獻,查閱眾多大學校園文化的制度育人文獻案例,檢索其育人資料,核對其育人信息,比較其教育共性,概括其制度育人的功能與特性。通過總結(jié)其育人規(guī)律,尋找其育人要素,發(fā)掘其育人價值,以實體與程序制度建設(shè)為方法,探索大學校園文化的制度育人功能,梳理其制度育人動因,以提出制度育人的建議與對策。 論文圍繞大學校園文化的制度育人主題,主要從如下四個方面予以論述。 第一部分,緒論(緒論部分主要介紹研究的背景、意義、研究現(xiàn)狀和創(chuàng)新點,以圖表的形式體現(xiàn)大學校園文化的制度育人的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),為整篇文章梳理出清晰的研究思路。) 第二部分,大學校園文化的制度育人理論(論文通過對制度育人的內(nèi)涵、制度育人的理論依據(jù),大學校園文化的制度育人功能的分析,為大學校園文化的制度育人提供理論基點和依據(jù)) 第三部分,大學校園文化的制度育人問題及原因分析(該部分從大學校園文化的制度育人主體、客體、介體、環(huán)體等幾方面分析制度育人過程中各要素存在的問題,相對應的分析各要素存在問題的原因,為提升制度育人實效尋找建設(shè)性的意見。) 第四部分,大學校園文化育人制度的對策和建議(論文第二、三部分已經(jīng)對大學校園文化的制度育人問題及原因做了分析,本部分主要從大學校園文化制度建設(shè)的育人原則和途徑展開論述,重點闡述制度何以育人及如何建構(gòu)優(yōu)良的大學校園文化育人制度。) 大學校園文化的制度育人問題,是一個通過制度實現(xiàn)育人目標的教育過程。它可有效影響、規(guī)范人們的文化活動行為與品質(zhì),促進各種校園文化規(guī)范的形成[1]。大學校園文化的制度,不但是文化活動的規(guī)范,更是育人的教育規(guī)范,構(gòu)成了立德樹人的教育資源,促成了制度育人的價值導向。通過校園文化規(guī)范與制度的教育實踐活動,可使大學生受到制度的熏陶與洗禮,可以拓展大學生的知識視野,增強他們的社會責任感,培育實踐精神和創(chuàng)新能力,提高綜合素質(zhì)。制度育人的參與過程,已成為大學德育的重要組成部分,,日益引起關(guān)注。重視大學校園文化的制度育人走向,須逐步建構(gòu)與完善具有教育內(nèi)涵的校園文化制度體系。通過建構(gòu)顯性與隱性相配合,剛性與柔性相結(jié)合的校園文化激勵、引導、評價等制度,在氛圍與環(huán)節(jié)上增加育人氣息,在規(guī)范與程序上內(nèi)化育人符號,使校園文化的顯性與隱性制度,都流露著培育學生的制度特征,提升校園文化的制度育人實效性。
[Abstract]:The system of university campus culture has the value of educating people. This system is not only a kind of educational resources but also a cultural process of educating people. In the process of the formation, formulation and execution of the system, it can inherit the cultural spirit of the University, carry forward the University's school style, the style of study and the essence of the teaching style, so that the educated can form a good campus culture student. The system construction and innovation of college campus culture can further strengthen and promote ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, consolidate the achievements of Ideological and political education, and enrich the way of Ideological and political education.
The institutional education of university campus culture has gradually aroused people's concern.
