【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及高校綜合改革的不斷深入,高校參與對外投資的行為日益活躍。文章從內(nèi)部控制的角度,針對高校對外投資存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等問題進(jìn)行研究,并分析問題存在的原因,提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施。通過規(guī)范制度建設(shè),加強(qiáng)管理,確保國有資產(chǎn)得到有效監(jiān)管,為進(jìn)一步完善高校內(nèi)部控制體系,建立高校內(nèi)部控制指引提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the market economy and the deepening of the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, the participation of colleges and universities is increasingly active in foreign investment. From the perspective of internal control, the article studies the risks of foreign investment in Colleges and universities, and analyzes the reasons for the existence of the problems, and puts forward the prevention and control measures for wind insurance. To ensure the effective supervision of state-owned assets, it will provide a reference for further improving the internal control system of universities and establishing guidelines for internal control in Colleges and universities.
