【摘要】：正如果以跨世紀(jì)為界,我國(guó)在高等學(xué)校管理制度方面的熱點(diǎn)話題,之前為高等教育體制改革、之后為現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)。筆者認(rèn)為它們是一脈相承的,目的都是為了提高學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量;差異點(diǎn)是前者重在放權(quán)、激發(fā)辦學(xué)活力,后者重在規(guī)范、調(diào)整權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu),是一個(gè)由政府主導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)W校自我建設(shè)的過程。這種轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)ΜF(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)提出的要求值得我們思考。
[Abstract]:If we take the cross-century as the boundary, the hot topic in the management system of higher education in our country is the reform of higher education system before, and the construction of modern university system after that. The author thinks that they are in one line, the purpose is to improve the level of academic innovation and the quality of talent training, the difference is that the former emphasizes on decentralization, stimulates the vitality of running a school, and the latter emphasizes on standardizing and adjusting the power structure. It is a process of government leading to school self-construction. The request that this kind of turn puts forward to modern university system construction is worth our consideration.
