【摘要】：問題大學(xué)生思想政治教育是促進大學(xué)生成長發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需要,是實現(xiàn)高校人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的內(nèi)在要求。問題大學(xué)生思想政治教育的主要問題,包括對問題大學(xué)生的摸底不夠、事后處理多于超前引導(dǎo)、教育的方法簡單生硬、教育的體制機制不夠健全等。加強問題大學(xué)生的科學(xué)研究,加強問題大學(xué)生的個體化教育,加強問題大學(xué)生預(yù)警幫扶的制度體系建設(shè),是強化問題大學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)實路徑。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is the practical need to promote the growth and development of college students and the internal requirement to realize the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities. The main problems of the ideological and political education of college students include the lack of the problem college students, the hindsight treatment is more than the leading guidance, the method of education is simple and stiff, the system and mechanism of education are not perfect enough and so on. Strengthening the scientific research of the problem college students, strengthening the individualized education of the problem college students, and strengthening the system construction of the early warning help for the problem college students are the realistic ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of the problem college students.
